I was really excited to work with Dr. Glassman, but it's been really hard to schedule an appointment. I had an appointment, but then his office manager Cathy called my assistant and told them that they had to cancel the appointment because Dr. Glassman was going on vacation. I asked my assistant to get Dr. Glassman's availability for when he returned but Cathy refused to give my assistant that availability. So, I moved on to other things. Then, the day before the original appointment, I get a voicemail from Cathy stating that the original appointment was still scheduled...huh?!? Not sure who dropped the ball, but I'm guessing it's Cathy. I've used the same virtual assistant through my insurance many times before and I've never had an issue. If/when I ever get to see Dr. Glassman I will update this review.
