Dr. Denning is knowledgeable, personable and caring. He is an excellent "back mechanic" which includes pinpointing the problem and then efficiently addressing the issue. He has excellent communication skills and breaks down complex topics into understandable explanations. His staff is cheerful and helpful which creates a welcoming environment for patients.

Fabulous surgeon with a gracious bedside manner. Offered me conservative treatments as well as surgical. I was in so much horrific pain I opted for surgery on a herniated disc. Woke up in recovery with the searing , burning pain gone in my right leg. I cried I was so happy. Now just dealing with normal post op pain with some tingling and numbness lingering but I am only four days post op and he expects even that to improve. I am so thankful for Dr Denning and his team for giving me relief from what was I can only describe as hell on earth.

Dr Denning is amazing. My wife and I have both had spinal surgery performed by Dr. Denning...... BOTH with excellent results. Can’t say enough about how good he is. He explains everything very well, and makes you feel like you are in good hands. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing spinal surgery.

My wife fell and fractured one of her vertebrae. No surgery was necessary, but Dr. Denning guided her through a conservative rehab involving wearing a back brace, while he monitored her healing via x-ray. She is out of the brace now, the x-ray shows the bone is healing, and we no longer have to see him. While my wife (luckily) did not need his surgical skills, our conversations with him gave us confidence that if surgery was ever needed, we would have confidence in him as a surgeon. He's a nice guy, too.

Dr. Denning has operated on me twice for herniated disks in my back. Not only have I had spectacular results, i.e. instant relief from symptoms, but I have completely resumed my life. He is not only brilliant and caring, but of the nicest people I have ever met.

I had 2 herniated discs about 8 years ago. The pain was unbearable. I couldn't walk, sit, lay down, or do anything without being in excruciating pain. Dr. Denning fixed both. I've been pain-free since. He was so kind on top of being an amazing neurologist. I hope he knows how much I still appreciate him.

Dr. Denning will not operate on you unless you need it. My referring doctor's words were (this is the most conservative doctor I know he will not operate on you unless you need it. His words just rang true. He has my absolute trust
