Awesome team of professionals. Dr. Ritcher went above and beyond to take care of me and made me feel comfortable when I was very anxious about my surgeries. He prayed with me before surgery and that gave me all the assurance that I had chosen the best Dr.

I live out of town and needed to be seen asap. Dr. Richter’s staff fit me in and I’m so thankful. Everyone was pleasant and very efficient. My wait time was 5 mins to be called in the back. The longest wait I had was getting the brace and then we decided for me to do that locally. I can’t thank everyone enough for all you do.

This was my first visit. I was extremely pleased Dr. Richter and all of the staff with whom I came in contact. Dr. Richter was very kind and considerate as he diagnosed my knee pain. I did not feel like he was in a rush to move on to the next patient, but was willing to answer all my questions and explain all the treatment options. Overall, just a great experience.

Dr. Richter and the staff at the Hughston Clinic located in Dublin, Georgia are very professional and yet very caring. I had a great experience and was seen within 15 Minutes of arrival to my appointment. I plan to continue using their services in the future.

A very good experience. The staff was very proficient in getting preliminary testing done. When I arrived at the patient treatment room there was a very short wait until Dr Ritchter arrived with the results of the preliminary tests. He preceded to show me the results and explained what he believed to be the problem and a course of treatment.

I was most impressed with the kindness and sincerity with which Dr. Richter and his nurse practiced in explaining a particular procedure to me. I was scared to death and they both took the time to explain exactly what was going to take place and the best part was that they were spot on. I experienced exactly what they told me that I would. I had a wonderful experience and feel very confident in Dr. Richter and his staff.

Dr. Richter was kind and personable with my 87 year old mother. Her fall happened on the 20th of December, a very lean time at any hospital, however Dr. Richter made special trips to check on her. He was informative to the family and we appreciated his kindness to our mother at a time that she was traumatized. We have not yet had the final follow up appointment, but she is doing very well.
