Oh, I am very thankful, my primary care doctor send me to RioSurgical, Dr. Joel Rodriguez. Their staff is great, very helpful. Dr. Joel Rodriguez has a great bed-side manner...we do not see that very often. They are busy and try to see you as quickly as possible. - But I loved that if the wait is long, they try to make you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Joel Rodriguez is an amazing Dr. He made my decision to have the Gastric Bypass very comforting. He answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. He definitely show pure concern for his patients. Well me anyway. I will recommend him to anyone considering any weight loss surgery. He also has a great staff.

Since meting Dr, Rodriquez my life has changed in so many 'great' ways. From the start he anticipated all problems that I had and made sure he monitored my progress pre and post op. I am so happy with my outcome and all the things I could not do because of my excessive weight, I now can climb stairs, walk long distances, hiking, bicycling, kayaking and many more activities. It is a new life for me and a great change in my life style. I highly recommend any one with a weight problem to get a consult with Dr, Rodriguez it will change your life.

I was nervous to have the hernia repair done in the first place. I am glad I got it done because I feel so much better. Dr. Rodriguez was amazing.

Went to the ER for extreme stomach pain and discovered I had gallstones and needed my gallbladder removed. It was a scary situation, but as soon as I met the doctor I knew I would be in good hands. Also, I researched his background online and saw that he is very well-prepared. I have not had any complications after the procedure and was able to schedule a follow-up appointment easily the next week.

This is my first visit. Everyone appeared to be kind and courteous. Dr Rio seemed to be very knowledgeable and very direct. I like that he went straight to the point and was aware of what is needed . It seems he took time to read my chart before asking useless questions. Thanks
