I wish I could give a zero. I agree absolutey the worst experience I have had in any doctors office in 60 years. I have had numerous urological issues. Office staff was rude and told me that procedures that I did not need were requried by the doctor. They demand that you do what you are told and not question. Continued to give me more tests even though they were not needed. When I did not want to do as the office staff told me they told the doctor and he tries to scold me, then tells me that he has to take care of his office staff. Seems noble, but I thought a doctors first concern was supposed to be to his patients. Worst experience I have had in 60 years. I can't count on this guy to help me when I have a stone. I guess someone was looking out for me since this all happened on the first visit. BEWARE

This was the most horrible experience in my entire life with a Doctor. His office/Nurses were very rude and not happy with their job! Dr. Reynolds wanted to do a procedure on me that was not needed. i am so fortunate that I got 2 other opinions from two other Doctor's in town. I say BEWARE BEWARE!!! Thank God I did my research on this Doctor...

My experience was not good. He (Dr. Reynolds) wanted to perform a procedure I felt was not necessary. This was proven, by getting another opinion from another Urologist.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DOCTOR

Dr. Joel Reynolds is a Great Doctor! This Man, did what the Specialists at Duke University Medical couldn't, or, wouldn't do, and he did it right. Dr. Reynolds gives credit to Jesus before himself, as in helping hands by His Teachings. Do Not Talk Bad about Dr. Reynolds, and let bygones be bygones, because People can and do change into better Persons, given a chance. Also, don't be so quick to judge people you really don't know, because I'm here to tell you, this Doctor is one of the best in the Country!! He helped me Tremendously, and maybe he can help you too! Do Not let me hear you speak bad of Dr. Reynolds, because if you do, and I hear it, or of it, you should expect a firey, and quite possibly, fierce debate!! Thank you Dr. Reynolds.

The worst attitude I have ever seen in A Dr. Acts like you owe him something and doesn't have time to answer anything. Very rud and unprofessinal.

you cant always go by what you read on this. I had a very good experience and plan on sending people to him. He helped me with my problems. Thanks again Dr Reynolds

I was scheduled to get a vasectomy done. When I showed up the front desk attendant was not very friendly. She was upset I had not filled out my paperwork (which they had never given me). I was also told that i was late and causing them to work through lunch, even though i showed up exactly at my scheduled time. After my appointment I stopped by and saw the same girl to verify my actual surgery date. Again, she seemed unhappy with her job. The next day I stopped by the drug store to pick up my prescriptions. They had not been called in. I called the office and they said they would not call in the prescriptions until the day before. they had told my wife they would do this a week prior. After talking with the I told the her that waiting till one day prior would be a "pain in the butt" for me as I worked out of state. This is what started the whole issue. Later that day I received a call from the dr who left a message treating me like an adolescent. I called back and told them that this message was rude and uncalled-for. I was told that this started because I told the receptionist it would be a pain in the butt to try and get the prescriptions last minute. None the less I apologized for for saying "butt" to someone in a dr office. I also said that I was very unsure about being operated on by someone who has been so disrespectful. Again I received a call from the dr saying this whole ordeal was my fault. He told me that "patients are becoming to pushy" and that "he was getting less compensation". Overall this is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor and I hope someone reading this changes their mind before seeing this guy. To date he has nothing but bad comments and I see no positive ones in the future!
