I have absolutely nothing to say that would be less than excellent. The whole experience was exceptional. Dr Balthrop is a Dr that needs to teach other Drs how they are to treat patients. He was very kind, knowledgeable, patient, mild, sincere and thorough. I enjoyed my visit very much.

Dr. Balthrop is one of the best doctors I've had to treat me. He answers all questions and concerns without beating around the bush. He listens to what you tell him. He explains all procedures that will be done. The main thing is that he let the patient make the decision. He is a caring individual that is looking out for the best of the patient. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I've been seeing Dr. Balthrop for a year now. He is a really good doctor. He listens to what a person says and asks. His answers are direct and to you, not at you. He gives all the information on any procedure that you are concerned with, all the options available, doesn't try to direct you, but lets a person make up their own mind on any of the available options and if you desire, say no. Be extremely hard to find a better doctor than Dr. John Balthrop.

Dr Balthrop was very kind, identified and explained my problem, and treated me right away. Took the time to answer all of my questions.

Mike is the best...my injection was painless

I feel that my doctor has my best interest at heart and is doing every step to do so. I am really pleased to be going on this journey with him.

I have had 3 surgeries and will have 4th soon, all for different/unrelated problems done by Dr. Balthrop. He is fantastic! He does expect you to follow through with PT. I think it is 75% of the success of your surgery. Work hard because with an excellent surgeon and the PT, you will succeed! Kudos Dr. Balthrop!

Dr. Balthrop and his staff were simply outstanding! From my first visit to the time of my OUTPATIENT hip replacement yesterday everything was as professional as a well oiled machine, but also personalized. My assigned nurse called this morning to check on me. Almost no pain at all. It has been a day and a half and my main concern is not overdoing my movement, cause I feel like I could generally do anything I wanted to do. Thanks to Dr. Balthrop and his first rate staff!

From my initial meeting with Dr. Balthop I left confident that I was in the right hands. Sometimes you just know when to place your trust in a doctor.
