Dr. John N. Catanzaro, MD

Once again his office has failed to respond to a request. You can not call this office directly. You are transferred to Jacksonville where they usually don't answer the phone and never get back to you. My surgery was cancelled today because of his office. Last month I had to show up in person and demand my records for my hospital stay. Once before I had an appointment and the technician left while I was in the office. I really hate to leave him and Dr. Zenni, but what good is a doctor if you can't reach his office? U of F certainly won't contact me over this rating.

I would never go to the dentist office ! I disliked it very much , that was untill I found dr. john castenaro ! he is a true professional ! makes my dentist visit very comfortable , and enjoyable ! he's the only dentist I will ever go to ! and I highly recommend him !
