Dr. Fitzgerald is an outstanding physician. He took time to explain the issues, procedures, and my condition in great detail, and in a way that I could understood. I never felt rushed and he has a great charm and humor that made the visit comfortable. Think old school TV Dr., cool and calm, then add in the best modern training and equipment that is Dr. F . Truly a credit to his profession.

Out of all the doctors I have ever been to, Dr. Fitzgerald is one of the best I have ever seen, if not the best. He is extremely courteous, friendly, and has wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to explain my condition to me and to make sure that I understood what was going on, and the treatment. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fitzgerald. I just wish there were more doctors like him.

I was sent to Dr. Fitzgerald by my OB/GYN after experiencing pregnancy related low blood pressure problems, which had me on bed rest and requiring at home IV treatments. Dr. Fitzgerald spent approximately 5 minutes with me. He said my problem had him "stumped" and he would call me the next day after doing research. He did not call, nor did he return my calls throughout the next week. Finally, when I called crying and demanded to know if I would be receiving any treatment, a nurse called me with a prescription. The rationale behind giving me this medication was not explained, nor was any information provided about a possible explanation of my condition. After several more calls which were not returned promptly (and a request for an appointment - which was offered at 6 weeks off), I had my GP call on my behalf. The result was that Dr. Fitzgerald passed me off to a colleague, which was fine by me. It's probable that Dr. Fitzgerald is a fine doctor in his realm of expertise, but his complete lack of follow through and accessibility was completely unprofessional and highly disappointing.
