Dr. East and his team at Addison Pain Clinic, explained in a clear succinct way, how they planned to treat my problematic knees and wrists. At the procedure, time was not wasted, they listened and worked. Everyone was very professional. The treatment was thorough and I got out of there in a timely fashion. I am very grateful to Dr. East and his team for the treatment they provided me with.
After serving in the SEAL Teams for 21 years, contracting and being a volunteer firefighter for the last 10 years, I am in need of some repair. I choose Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine Clinic because of the recommendation of other retired SEALs, who all speak highly of them. Dr East and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional and they are exactly what I need to get me pain free for the first time in many years.
This is the Absolute Best Doctor that can give an epidural seamlessly... no pain, concise, 100% effective, and provide continuous hyper-care afterward. Their FP Nurse Sylvia Flores-Burarin always cares for your utmost well-being at all times. BTW, Sylvia has a "Miss World Teenager" looking daughter that one would wish his/her son gets married to (just like her mom - absolutely gorgeous). They want to ensure that you have updated MRI to have an accurate reading on your herniated disc condition for proper Epidural Injection. There is not a bit of exaggeration when I say that Dr. John East Epidural penetrates your skin into the right spots as a magical wand, immediate satisfaction feeling of pain relief is delivered instantly. Dr. East reminds me of how much (and how little steroid one can/should have per FDA's)... such an ethical and high moral medical practitioner. When you see Dr. East in the hallway, he casually says "Hey Francis, how are you man?" with a sunshine smile that makes your day... He is a down-to-earth yet successful medical practitioner. He is also a full Yoga Practitioner trained by his lovely wife, a perfect couple with a newborn lovely child. Most Anesthesiologists in the DFW have an investment at "Outpatient" facilities so they always send patients there to get more billable from their patient medical insurance policy. Dr. East does it right at his practice clinic, no extra "outpatient" charges. Without any reservation and hesitation, as a businessman, as IT Owner Executive, as Legal Pattern Professional, as Board Member of a few Executive Counsel and Consulting firms, I attest and highly recommend to you that you have been suffering from back, neck, shoulder, and other bone/disc chronic pain... this the Addison Management is your "Dream Comes Through". . PS. Before my discovery of Dr. East's practice, I visited numerous Orthopedics Surgeons, Back Spine Orthopedics, Anesthesiologists, all were wasteful of time with no result.
I’ve never once had any issues can’t say enough about Dr East and staff
Dr East is always interested in making you feel better when you leave his office than when you walked in. The treatments I have received makes it possible for me to be active and enjoy my Senior Years. Thank you Dr East. Doris S
Dr. East is the most fantastic doctor in the area of pain management. He is the only doctor that has been able to successfully help me with continuing to live an active life in my 70's. Other doctors have tried to come up with a treatment plan for my arthritis, damaged nerve in my spine, torn rotator cuff, and neuropathy. They have failed! However, Dr. East DID NOT fail!! A few years ago, Dr. East gave me an epidural injection that lasted for 3 years! He takes your situation seriously and customizes a plan just for you.
I saw Dr East preoperatively and thought he was great. Post op he prescribed huge amounts of narcotics for me. He did injections which didn't really seem to help. One day I went in with horrible pain and the nurse informed me that I was not to talk to him and ask questions when he came in, he was busy and could just do injections. I hurt everywhere, so basically she marked tons of places. He came in and I said I was told not to ask questions. He proceeded to give me a ridiculous amount of injections. It was obvious he didn't want to deal with me. I felt like a piece of meat. Horrible experience! My vet spends more time with my dog. This was years ago. I hope he has grown in compassion since.
Dr. East has wide knowledge about his field, and he is a very caring person. I also like his office friendliness.
The patient is the center point of a team approach of treatment. My thoughts and feelings are respected and that's important to me. Thank you
I went to Dr. East after many doctor's told me the pain was in my head and he found out why I am in pain. He cares and takes time to help me get out of pain. His staff is wonderful also and you can get in to see him right away. Also if I need a ride to or from the appointment they are able to help me get a ride. No other doctor's office does that.
Dr East makes you feel he's concerned about your pain and can help you get rid of it. He is also the first to give me an accurate diagnosis of what was wrong with my back.
He is very cordial and knowledgeable. Staff is not overly friendly, however. My back has definitely improved since going to him. Highly reccommend.
This is truly a very pleasant christian man. The office environment is very comforting. I have been going to him for months now, They are very on time and efficient. God bless him for caring so much about my issues.
Dr. East is a good doc. he is very caring, he answers any and all questions that i had concerning my painful issues.I so-hate that he is no longer my doctor. I truly felt comfortable with him and i trusted him that is very important between doctor and patient.after many years of being his patient i was informed by one of his staff members that my Insurance was no longer in their network.I then asked what types were I wasnt given that information so i went on line to find out. I called today spoke with the same staff member.and i said to her that i would be willing to get the insurance that would then enable me to come back. her response was.(well you know he cant write pain meds like he did before and that injections and therapy would be involved, which i never had a problem with doing.I got the impression that no matter what type of insurance coverage i had. I simply wasnt wanted as a patient. I even ask her did i do anything wrong, she answered no. however i am tri-racial i hope that has nothing to do with it. doctor East gets a thumbs up. cget.
Dr. East is very knowledgeable in his field. He explains and use models to make you understand where your pain is coming from or what may be causing the pain (location). He has very courteous office workers. In his office, he has two other doctors that work along with him a Chiropractor and a Physical Therapists. These doctors are very knowledgeable in there fields also. You are in good hands with Dr. East.
This doctor knows his stuff! He proceeded with a plan that was logical, and I got the help i needed. The office includes a doctor of Chiropractic and a Physical Therapist. They all work in tandem to get relief for the patient!
Dr. East is the guy to go to if your looking for pain relief. He considers all options and has been extremely engaged in helping to lessen my pain. I highly recommend Dr. East.
In three months time I went from a back ache to unable to walk, work, get in or out of my car, take care of my family...the pain was horrific. My regular doctor could not help me. I was referred to Dr East and Dr Knutson. They knew immediately what the problem was, they were compassionate to my pain, they took care of me quickly and the follow up has been wonderful. Dr East did injections in my lower back and while I was in recovery checked on me several times. I am so thankful for them giving me back my life!!!
For the person who thinks they go to church with him, he goes to Covanant McKinney. He actually has seen a lot of people from our church right away and has given them a break if they can't afford him. He knew exactly where I needed to be treated and after only 2 visits I only have seen him at church because I'm in no pain. Everyone is different so im not saying everyone will only need 2 visits but thats how it worked for me. Thank you so much Dr East.
I visited Dr. East a week before I had surgery and he "consulted" me for about 3 minutes. Next thing you know he went from Norco up to 32 mg of Dilaudid/day and even Oxycotin, all within a month. He doesn't look into your personal file and shouldn't be giving such highly addicted narcotics without actually having a full consult with the doctor. I told him I had a highly addictive personality and see what meds he prescribed me. After a month of taking them I decided to stop. I then asked if he would prescribe me something less addictive and he said he could no longer see me that I should go see an ADDICTIONOLOGIST. ALL in all he spends as little time with you as possible and squeezes as much out of you as he can. Example Urine analysis around $3,200. Just wanted to give others a heads up.
