Dr. John Green Malone, MD

Dr. Malone has a terrible bedside manner. He is very condescending and needs training in patient relation skills. He makes smart aleck comments about patient responses to his questions. His approach to patient evaluation makes you very uncomfortable from the beginning of the exam to the end. I would not recommend this doctor and will not return. He showed no care and provided no assistance with diagnosing or improving my condition.

Out and out Jerk from the second he walked into the room. I would NOT send my worst enemy to this man!

Initial visits okay. Have had to spend couple thousand dollars out of pocket with no clear diagnosis of problem. Have left four messages over period of time and cannot get callback from Doctor. His nurse calls back but only reiterates from notes and makes comments accordingly which indicates my problem is unknown to Doctor. Communication is unacceptable. My time is important too. A call back is not too much to ask. Terribly discouraged and disappointed.

Dr. Malone is a great Doctor, I think he is a bit over worked in our small town but he is willing to see everyone, that why i've ranked getting an appt. at 3 stars because your appt. may be 4-5 months our however they will work you in on a missed appt. if possible. He is one of the first Dr's to not try to rush away from the room when your talking to him, I feel very comfortable with my condition and talking with him at anytime. He sits and will go over every detail accordingly. Couldn't ask for better.
