Dr Franklin is a wonderful and caring doctor. He is always very attentive and thorough. He is always very accessible. He has performed several surgeries on me and I couldn't asked for better results and care for my illness. I appreciate Dr. Franklin and feel so blessed to have such a talented and dedicated doctor.

Doesn’t seem to care. I have several problems he won’t do anything about them. I have been referred to an expert but his staff never makes the referral. After 3 times of my called and my second visit they finally called. It’s been 2 months and haven’t heard anything.

Dr. Franklin and the doctors in this office do not seemed concerned with helping their patients. The office is ran like an assembly line getting patients in and out. After my surgery I explain to him I was still experiencing pain, his reply was " you will have to live with it". I have never heard of after a costly procedure a doctor telling you to live with the pain. Well I guess he already bought that boat. I quickly left the office and reported him to the Georgia Medical, as there are other issues this doctor missed alone the way, alone with misdiagnose of a issue with pain in my arm.

Ok, first off I started out here reading all the reviews but still wanted to decide for myself. If bedside maner, friendliness, compassion and plain ole’ don’t have time for you is the type of doctor you want go for it. The first time EVER seeing him and he barely spoke. I can handle some of that but he just sits and stares at you like a zombie. Very unnerving to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to see him.

You couldn't find a better doctor.

He is a really good doctor. Sees things through to the end. Takes care of his patients on an individual basis is a really caring doctor. Does a really good job at surgery also.

I was a patient of Dr. Franklin's and after a couple of visits I realized he was not interested in helping me. His attitude was horrible and he does not have compassion for his patients. Would not recommend him to anyone.

My time spent with him was a waste of time.

I have seen him a few times for my foot injury. The last time I went in, I explained what has been going on, and instead of turning me away, he said he is not as knowleagable about what maybe going on, but one of his partners in the office is. It takes a lot of guts for a Dr to say that, and he has my full respect!
