I was discharged before I was even seen and left without medication, horrible service

This practice does not treat you as a person, you are treated like a paycheck. They don't have a chain of custody for ua and I know of people who have found fraudulent billings and no response in their charts.

Suffer from Dystonia as well as spinal damage (car wreck)and was treated for spasms and pain related to dystonia. Done regiments of shots on trigger points over extended period of time and was the only relief I got from any doctor. He's very knowledgeable in this area and though the shots can be painful at times I found the results well worth it.

Dr. Johnson is excellent. Cumberland is blessed to have him.

After waiting 1 hour and 47 minutes you would think they would spend more than 3.72 minutes with me. I suppose that's why the information they put in my chart about me is wrong! So glad I left this clinic!!

I was so pleased with everything - very timely response to my referral, kind and concerned staff, timely appointment for procedure, skill and bedside manner of Physician. Don't have a negative thing to say!

The nurses at this clinic seem to run the whole program. This doctor is rarely ever in the office, he does not care about your pain. The nurses treat you like you're a child in time out. My dad was kicked out of this pain clinic after they called an hour before they closed for him to go in for a pill count, he was at work at that time. Please do not waste your time with this so called "doctor" or his arrogant staff.

If you have back / spine problems and/or back pain don't see this doctor! He does not care about your pain issues and does not listen to the patient.

Time management is an issue at this office. The NP s are good, that's who you see except if a visit with the doc is warranted. The appt in which I saw the doc, the waiting time was short and he was great at figuring out what my issues are and trying the best approach to address them. Regular visits with the nurses takes upwards of two hours at least.

When I first started going to light house medical it was great they actually helped me. After a few years the staff changed and the staff became extreamly rude to the patients. Now they have a nurse practitioner named Connie Walker that is just plain hateful to the patients. I reported her to the state health dpt. And her field manager to no avail. I will be filing a class action lawsuit against lighthouse medical and this nurse practitioner for their illegal acts. I was even told that they send swabs in lab led as urine so the insurance will pay for it. These. People took an oath to help others but they are hurting them instead.

Dr Johnson is fine, it is the office staff that is a complete wreck. I have never seen a more poorly run office in all my life. Unacceptable wait times, confusing one patient with another, and lack of continuity of care on every level. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

im in savere pain and without warning was told to find another doc because they filled my acripts early and never had a problem with it and never gave me warning so i didnt think was a problem was always honest with them never a problem then without warning was told to find another pain clinic i asked to talk to dr johnson so i could explain and was refused went ther two years and never seen him once so now im without a doc and there the only pain clinic around its not right they said was contract but what about them not doing there job

I have been at lighthouse in winber for a yr now and in the beginning it was great.then all of the sudden employes started quiting and were replaced with who ever they could find (rude people). then they said I failed my drug screen and that I had cocaine,pcp,pot in my system. and I laughed because ive never done these drugs ever.then I was told to talk to the dr and this so called dr laughed at me when I said test was wrong and was gonna prove it.and did.went to my fam dr.and passed test.then after a lot of greef I had to go in every two weeks for testing.and next visit odd enough they changed testing ,so now u take 3 drug test.and they still show diff results on all 3, and nurses even say its a problem,so every mo. im questioned about my test like im a crackhead, maybe its because I have tattoos.but since the new people its been a nightmare.and 3 weeks ago I asked to see the dr. because of my pain level and new pain and was told I cant see dr. for that reason.and I said my pain isn't being managed and was told find someone that will by jammie c.so 3 weeks later a week before my apt for refills I got call saying my apt. is canceled and cant tell me why that I will get a paper in mail .and finally received it on the day of my cancelled refill apt. and letter was wrote on the 14th ,sent out on the 20th and I got on 25th discharging me,and why? they said I failed my last two test and that I had methadone in my system and wasn't bringing my bottles in to my appt. and is all lies because they wont even see u if you don't bring them in,and if you want to call and talk to someone u have to go through there call gaurds who just run u around....so that's my story and now im dr. less and no one cares or even would talk to me about all of this,they just washed there hands with me .left me hurt in many ways.
