Dr Fernandez was very professional and had a great bedside manner. He answered all my questions and was very down to earth.

Dr. Fernandez and his office staff are so kind and very helpful. Dr. Fernandez is a type of doctor who actually listens to his patient and made it very comfortable. He did my TFCC surgery and now I am 10 weeks post surgery and doing great.

I knew it would be a good visit because the place was really clean , and each section was color coded by departments, I thought that was really cool. Everyone who works there was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Fernandez and his PA Maggie were both a delight, it was very obvious that they cared about my problem. I have been battling a nasty injury for quite awhile with no end in sight. Sometimes you just can't get a doctor to listen and actually HEAR you. Dr. Fernandez is that guy, listened to what I had to say and helped me with my issue. Amazing feeling to say the least. I highly recommend Dr John Fernandez. I came from 90 miles away to see him after the physician assistant of my local orthopedic doctor wouldnâ??t listen to me and refused to help me any further. At my first visit Dr Fernandez thoroughly examined my wrist and records of the history of treatments to date. Right away I saw much kindness in him and I also realized that he isnâ??t arrogant in any way. He patiently listened to my concerns and explained why I was still in so much pain and gave me treatment options. He went into great detail about the expected and possible results of all prospective treatments, giving an honest and educated opinion. His calm and reassuring demeanor made me immediately aware of his compassion for his patients and his passion for helping his patients to have the best possible outcomes for their wrist/hand problems. The results of the surgeries Dr Fernandez did on my wrist reflect the highly skilled abilities of this wonderful doctor. Iâ??m also impressed with his physician assistants. Like Dr Fernandez, they show willingness to listen patiently and I never feel rushed at any of my appointments and I never leave with unanswered questions. Also impressive is the fact that patients are encouraged to call any time with any concerns.

Dr. Fernandez and his assistant Jocelyn Shook were fantastic. Excellent bedside manner. They explained my diagnosis to me and laid out all my options. They were very easy to contact through their personal emails after the appointment when I had follow-up questions!!
