Dr. Ward has been my GI Dr. for many yrs. Unfortunately i’ve need Colonoscopies every few yrs! Dr. Ward always reminds me why I CANT SKIP THESE (even tho’ I try)! He is the most professional, caring, attentive Dr. as is his staff??. I need another Colonoscopy and his schedule was filled. He tried to have me see 1 of his partners; i said NO WAY, I WONT SEE ANOTHER GI DR. He found an opening for me?? I have the greatest respect for Dr. Ward. He never rushes me, & always answers all my questions??. He’s truly caring as is his nurse Karen, and all his staff??

Didn't have any information on me what so over. Asked me what we were doing today with this appointment. Very unsatisfied and would not recommend this dr at all

Getting a refill on my prescription was next to impossible! I have been trying for a WEEKand am getting nowhere! Very frustrated and am thinking about changing doctors

Using the process to get feedback from the doctor, I had two serious process done, had some issues sent notes looking for feedback, Fri, Sat and Sunday today is Tuesday of the following week and still have not got any advise. That's poor care where I am from.
