Professional care; really listens

Dr. Mattei is very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to his patients and work with them to find a medically-sound treatment, which is in the individual’s best interest.

Dr. Mattei is a great doctor. He might want to reconsider some of his staff. Very rude!

I brought my father in (unscheduled visit.) He had become dehydrated about a week after stomach surgery and had refused to drink or eat anything because he said it made him nauseous. They were able to get him right in and take care of him. Just a great caring bunch of professionals.

Dr. Mattei cares about his patients and listens to what how I am feeling and his bedside manner is awesome. He always speaks tk me by name and gives me a follow-up visit. He makes his patients feel comfortable and trust him with his diagnosis.He shows empathy and integrity toward his patients and his work. He has never been rude nor has he ever rushed my visit..Very thoughtful and caring man who has a good spirit about his patients and his work and staff. He is a miracle of an angel in my life. A doctor who listens is a doctor who cares about his patients well-being in life. I would not trade him fir the world as my doctor. I appreciate you Dr. Mattei.

Dr. Mattei is a caring doctor and helped me with my pain. The question about following up after a visit isn't really important to me. If I am hurting, it's my responsibility to call the doctor, not for his office to call me.

He is a good doctor connected to the wrong practice

Dr Mattei is an excellent Dr. Even though he seems over booked at times, he takes time to listen to you, always does the basics listens to your heart and lungs etc. He truly cares about you health and well being. He has a wonderful personality, sense of humor and "bedside manner". If you are looking for a doctor who cares about his patients, he's your man.

Dr. Mattei is great. As is Dr Stahl at same location. Dr Mattei spends time to find out what going on with your health. He is frank and honest which I like in my Doctor. Great humor. Highly Recommend him and the practice.

I have seen him at Springwood Lake. He is very nice, listens, and is very helpful. He has preformed nerve conduction test on me. I like this doctor.

I can not use strong enough language to compliment this man. I have lupus, an autoimmune disease, that causes so many physical problems. Many doctors see lupus on the chart and chalk every issue up to that, throw a few prescriptions at me and leave. They never examine me or even touch me. I have been in agony with my neck for years, been to everyone you can imagine in every field. I was referred over to dr. Mattei but honestly didn't expect anything. He spoke to me, touched me, x rayed, manipulated the area and ultimately found, treated and effectively FIXED the problem. No bag of narcotics and muscle relaxers to cover the pain. He eliminated the pain by finding the cause and dealing with it. I will have to go periodically for the next little while, but the pain is gone. No migraines, which were daily, no
