Extremely knowledgable. Has a preference for lipogem treatment. Almost felt guilty having all the diagnosis's I have currently. Doctor is aware of his own capabilities. Staff was excellant

I am a mom of three who tore my ACL skiing. Dr. O’Hearn repaired my ACL and used Lipogems. He prescribed PT and now I feel great and am able to run after my kids and will definitely be skiing again. His office fit me in quickly and Dr. O’Hearn was very good at explaining everything and was very understanding of how difficult it is to be a stay at home mom to young children while having a terrible knee injury. My recovery was much better than I expected.

Dr. O’Hearn took care of my son who had an ankle fracture. The office was very accommodating and Dr. O’Hearn was very calming to my son who was nervous and reassured him and made him laugh. My son’s ankle is now healed and he is happy!

I saw Dr. O'Hearn for a shoulder injury and while in the waiting area a commercial I am in played on the television. A commercial I filmed prior to my shoulder injury. The office staff and Dr. O'Hearn saw the commercial and during my exam Dr. O'Hearn made some very rude comments to me. While he was moving my arm around he said I was in the right field of work because I am a drama queen and faking the amount of pain I am in. He did however say I need to have an MRI done ASAP. I would like to know why he would suggest an MRI be done right away if I was faking my injury?

Dr O'Hearn is very straight forward and is open and honest. He truly wants the best results for you and will tell you the bare facts and how to get the best results. The results are exceptional if you follow his advice. I have had two surgeries, total knee replacement and detached bicep, and both turned out fantastic.

It was a very pleasant and welcoming experience especially for a new patient. The staff was helpful and kind with me in my filling out of the patient information form. Dr. O'Hearn was gentle and professional. He gave me a full explanation of my problem.

There are a great number of staff to support Dr O'Hearn. Despite this, the service is almost non existent. They are very busy, apparently. I have heard them speaking with one another about other patients in a negative way. They do not demonstrate any sensitivity that the patients are likely in pain. There is a attitude of division; they do not seek out information from a patient. They don't want to be bothered.

Not caring, did not seem interested. Still have pain and issues.

Rude and ignorant comments were made during visit.
