Dr O’Connor is a kind and patient doctor. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I have been a local RN for over 11 years and I chose Dr. O’Connor for myself and my spouse! Thank you Dr. O’Connor for the great care and attention you give us!

I have been to six doctors including specialists for my condition. None of them could diagnose the problem. Then I went to Dr. O’Connor… He diagnosed my problem and proved it within five minutes! Excellent and caring professional doctor!!

Dr. Oconnor has been my primary care doctor for nineteen years. A great diagnosis experienced doctor with the ability to cut to the chase and provide options. Very willing to listen and ask question before exam to aid in his diagnosis. The very best in family doctors in the top 1% in this country. I would not hesitate to recommend to Best friends and other family members.

I have been a patient of dr oconnors for about 10 years. I have always gotten by the rude desk staff because his nursing staff Anne has always been wonderful. I did a walkin yesterday because I felt awful. Long w ain't but I do not blame that on anyone. I saw the dr and he was writing me 2 prescriptions. I received one paper and assumed both wre on the one pad. When I picked up the prescription there was only one and I asked the gentleman at the pharmacy and he confirmed there was only one. It was after 5 pm so I could not get ahold of the dr. I called at 9 am and explained the situation and asked if he could call the other presciption in. She said she would put it on his desk. I called the pharmacy late afternoon. No presciption called in, called the drs office and only a recording. Needless to say I am furious. At least call me back. I find this extremely rude and not the way to do business. I am now searching for a more competant doctors office

From the waiting room as well as from the patient rooms, you can hear conversations in the other patient rooms. These conversations contain private information that nobody beside the patient and the doctor should hear.The administrative staff were taking personal calls and made us wait while they finished.Dr. O'Connor was having a very loud, non work related conversation with another staff member while we waited to see him for an appointment that was already over and hour late.

Haven't had a pleasant experience ever at this office...I am not on any kind of.pain management...but ever time I go ongoing the office they ask me if I an there for pain management..I have needed an antibiotic a couple if times and it is always the same set of meds...the office manager is so rude....phone and in person.....I called once to get an appointment ...had such a bad cold...I was told that it would be three weeks out before I could see the doctor....my boss told me that on Wednesday they take walk ins...so I went there and explained to the lady at the.desk that day what has happened and pointed out the lady who had told me I would have to wait for three weeks. Well needless to say she and I w off to a great start. I will be searching for another doctor. Doctor is.justvas rude as his staff... Never have I been so upset when I leave..they make you feel even worse than the iillness does...

Have seen Dr. O'Conner 4 times & will never, I repeat never see him again! I will not recommend him to anyone I care for. Rates constantly being raised, doesn't seem to really care for his patients needs. Seems to me to be all about money. I can't understand why a Doctor takes an oath & really doesn't care. Apparently he's joined the rat race & treats his practice as he's herding cows! I have never seen so much unproffessionalism in my life!Do not see him!

The front desk staff is uncaring, rude and apparently services mostly local keys drug addicts. These front desk people are extremely difficult to understand, very heavy accents if they speak English at all. Good luck trying to communicate any issue unless you see the doctor himself. After years of seeing Dr. John O'connor I decided to find a new one. I'm the primary caregiver for a loved one at home and after being ripped-off by front desk staff making unnecessary office appointments and being treated like cattle, I just got a new doctor in Miami. Better to drive 4 hours round-trip than to be treated badly, take my advice find another doctor.

I have had scleroderma and rheumatoid arthritis for 10 years now. I started seeing Dr. O'Connor about a year ago. I have never encountered a staff as mean and as rude as his staff. Because one of my medications is pain meds, they treated me like a criminal. I also have heart problems and anxiety problems and take other medications. Dr O'Connor told me up front he did not want to deal with my disease because he didn't know about it. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The women who work there are just evil. They would come up to me in a room full of people and chew me out. Just because I am young and disabled doesn't make me a bad person. I have been through enough turmoil in my life, I don't need to be scared and worried I will be disrespected at the Dr. every month. Just recently he upped his simple office fee to $250 from $90. I don't have insurance and he knew that and still made it impossible for me to see him. Recently I have been adjusting my meds with the help of Dr. O'connor. This month I ran out just a little early and called and asked for help from the Dr. He did not return my call for 3 days! Then when they finally returned my call, the nurse said to me he suggests I go to an addiction specialist. What? I have a serious condition! My hands and feet are severely deformed from my diseases. My tendons have snapped in my hands. I am so hurt and am tired of crying because of Dr. O'Connor and his staff. Do NOT go to this Doctor!! Save yourself the grief.

In a community that cannot boast about the quality of its halth care, this doctor shines like a morning star! As a snow-bird, I'm used to the kind of care I've received at Johns Hopkins, so I guess I'm spoiled. While this community does not have the depth and breadth of support for its doctors that Baltimore has (please, God, let Baptist take over Fisherman's), Dr O'Connor always finds a way to give the best medical care possible in this health care wasteland. Easy-going but sharp as a tack. A real pleasure! (He's got a great staff too!)

This doctor is the more knowleadgeble doctor I have ever met. I cannot believe that I found him in such a small place. He saved my life. He was caring, never talked down to me, went to see me every day at the hospital and called me after I went back home. Did I mentioned that he is also extremely handsome? I think I will be getting my medical care in the Florida Keys.
