Dr. Arc explained my condition and took the time to make sure I understood everything regarding the upcoming procedure. His PA also was extremely knowledgeable and nice.

Everyone was very nice and friendly from receptionist to the PA. Dr Ark was a delight and very thorough with the review of my wrist x-rays and digital images as well as on the examination of my left wrist! A very pleasant visit indeed!

Dr. Ark explains clearly, pleasantly and confidently everything he’s going to do and then what he has done. The PA and nurse were terrific also. Even the receptionist who took patient info was a pleasure to work with. What a team!

Dr Ark was very knowledgeable and took his time to ensure that I understood what was happening with my fingers. He also reviewed what next steps might if additional treatment was needed. He was kind and caring.

Doc is great. His PA was great. Waiting close to an hour to see him for an 8:30am appointment is unacceptable.

Wait time was exactly one hour ! Once Dr. Ark saw me it went pretty smoothly getting an x-ray ( another 10 minutes ) and then good consultation. Pleased with my first meeting with the doctor, but waiting so long early (9:20 a.m.) in the morning was not a good thing. Every thing else was not too bad.

Dr Ark is a fantastic physician and surgeon. Quickly identified my carpal tunnel and performed surgery on both hands. He identified usual fibers and sent to a lob for a biopsy, which in turn determined I had Amyloidosis. He is very easy to talk with and provides easy to understand explanations of conditions. Highly recommend!

Dr Ark gave a very detailed layman's description of my injured ankle including hand sketches of the ankle bones now vs normal conditions. He provided short term and long term solutions and recommended physical therapy to minimize more wear and tear and potential for surgery. I completely agreed with that approach! In addition, Jon is very friendly and caring.

Dr Ark took time to see what my symptoms were, asked me a lot of questions. He gave me insight as to what caused my pain, what my choices are as to promote healing. Since this was all new to me I asked a lot of questions, and he had to repeat some of the steps to he was sure I understood what I needed to do. Dr Ark is very thorough, has a lot of patience.
