He has very good bedside manner. I felt respected and that he cared about my situation. He explained things easy enough to understand and he was funny too. Which helped when I was so nervous and in pain. I would definitely go back to see him and trust him with my health. Wonderful experience.

Great understanding doctor. His main goal was to make sure I received the correct help, and helped me feel comfortable doing so. Highly recommended for any new patient.

I was referred to Dr Siegel by my PCP who spoke in high regard for him. From the moment he entered the exam room, he was very personable and put me at ease. He never appeared rushed at all and in fact, was very thorough and answered a number of questions I had. His staff seemed very efficient, as well. A minor procedure was later performed by Dr Siegel at Surgicare and that place runs like a well-oiled machine with a personal touch.

My daughter was recently diagnosed with Crohn’s disease by Dr Siegel. She was petrified that she had colon cancer after a horrible colonoscopy result. Dr Siegel sat with her and talked to her until she stopped crying. She also had financial issues, and he has worked with her on this so she can continue her treatments. Not only is he a great doctor, he is a great human being! We will never use anyone else!

Compassionate and outstanding communication

Dr Siegel was great with my daughter. He explained everything to her and what she needs to do about the situation. If you need a GI doctor I highly recommend Dr Siegel

Listened to all my concerns and ran as many test as it took to figure out what was wrong. Friendly guy that made discussing embarrassing issues easy.

Dr Siegal gets focused on one gi issue and puts minimum effort into solving your overall gi problems. He compares medical problems to him getting drunk on the weekends with beer. He said it happens but can't prove it most of the time.

I have seen 4 physicians and been to the ER twice. No answers, but given some very strong medication to "rule it out." Dr. Siegel listened. It makes all the difference when a physician will stop and hear you. I've been way over tested. I wish I would have seen him first. Its a busy office, but once in, its about you. That is priceless. Sincerly.

So thankful I was referred to Dr. Siegel! He is the best gastroenterologist I have ever been involved with. Several doctors before him said I needed surgery. Period. Dr. Siegel took the time to actually listen to my concerns and symptoms (which no one had done during previous 5 months), do the tests that needed doing, and diagnose my health issue correctly. He was able to repair as needed without full surgery! My husband and I are so very thankful for this amazing physician! My appointment was at 10:50. I am still sitting in the waiting room over one hour later. He’s a great doctor, but to have his patients wait this long is unprofessional.

He prescribed a strong antibiotic to me, had his nurse call it in for me. No one explained to me the danger of this STRONG antibiotic that cause permanent tinnitus. I tried to explain to him and his nurse the side effects that I was experiencing. They both knew nothing about the side effects on a drug that he prescribed. He brushed it off & said I needed to get my anxiety under control before he could continue to treat me. Yes, I had anxiety due to the side effects plus ANXIETY was one of the side effects from the medication. Needless to say I ended up in the ER due to the side effects and till this day have ringing in my ears. It's been over a year. I'm not blaming him for my reaction to the drug, but I am blaming him for being uneducated about the side effects and his uncaring attitude.
