He wouldn’t even let me tell him why I was being seen and kept interrupting me. I waited three hours for him to brush me off and send me on my way. He said my problem was from wearing mask at work even though I told him it had been going on since before the mask and getting worse. He’s only there for a pay check. Wish I could give zero stars.

Don’t waste your time

Told me my sudden taste and smell issues were because I'm just getting old. Does the same routine every time I see him...scopes me, and tells me I'm fine. Had to plead for a CT test. Gave him lots of history on my sinuses to help him, which he used against me to say it was the reason for my problems. He told me I just was not listening to him, when in fact he was not listening to me. I see him with the same experience each time....wash, rinse, repeat. He simply does not want to go the extra mile to determine what is actually wrong with me. I will ultimately seek help from the doctors at Vanderbilt, like years ago when they took one look at me and fixed me up.

I had gone to see Dr Hafner with my kids for their allergies. Even though we had to wait it was well worth it. He took his time with us and answered all our questions. He set us up with allergy testing and allergy shots too, which have made a world of difference for me and my kids! Also, I had to get a balloon sinuplasty done and that has helped so much!!!
