Very capable physician. Communicates well and always takes time to explain things and makes certain that I understand health issues, prescriptions and next steps (if applicable).

I have been a patient of Dr Picard's for about four years. I know him to be an excellent communicator, patient and professional.

Dr Picard’s knowledge was instrumental in my husband’s return to a normal day to day life; we didn’t think it was possible. We are truly grateful.

Dr. Picard has been my Urologist for about ten years. I have always found him to be very kind and helpful with careful explanations that are easy to understand. He is a good listener, always considers my questions and concerns in a positive way, and makes sure I have what I need to do my part. I can't say enough good things about him.

He is an excellent physician with good bedside manners. He is very knowledgeable and spends time talking to the patient to ensure they fully understand the diagnosis and treatment modality that is best for the diagnosis. I highly recommend him to anyone with kidney stones who needs a urologist!

Dr. Picard and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I drive 2 hours for my appointment and will continue to do so because I always receive such great care.

Dr. Picard and staff gave me excellent care as usual. He sincerely listens to my questions and input while offering professional care. My wait time was an hour and 10 minutes, but that was partially due to many patients trying to move up appointments to beat the predicted impending storm. The new office seems to be working smoothly, but the migration from the patient portal MyChart to FollowMyHealth still needs work, but that may smooth out soon.

Great Urologist. I’ve been seeing Dr Picard for 8 years now, he has treated me for kidney stones, robotic prostatectomy and kidney cancer. He is knowledgeable, has great communication skills, explains everything in detail, has never rushed me out of his office, answers every question clearly and always proceeds with care, letting the data and known probabilities dictate the treatment. His treatment recommendations for all of the above have been spot on. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

They got me in before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Picard was curteous, friendly, and cared about my well being. He explained the possible causes of my issue and walked through the process of determining what my specific cause was. I'm very happy with him as my urologist.

Dr. Picard is a great doctor. My husband and I are seeing him. On my first visit he immediately told me what was going on, prescribed a medication and everything has been fine since then.

After the procedure, he again answered all of my questions, and explained everything in detail that he had done. he was very professional throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Picard does a good job. He looks at the data, talks to you and presents the situation as he sees it. Fortunately, my situation was pretty good.
