I had recent rhinoplasty/septuloplasty with Dr. Pontell. From the initial consultation to the final post op visit, I was extremely pleased. Being a physician myself , my perspective was somewhat different. Over the many years in practice, I have seen and heard from patients about their experiences with this surgery along with all the other aspects of medical and surgical encounters( both positive and negative). Dr. Pontell is an extremely caring, professional, and incredibly competent surgeon. The cosmetic outcome met and surpassed all of my expectations. His office staff were also very amiable and helpful. I had a full face lift and brow lift with Dr. Pontell. Everything went smoothly and 3 weeks after surgery I am looking great and my friends are impressed. The first few recovery days were the hardest due to being under anesthesia for awhile but it passed quickly and I started feeling myself again. The staff in the office are also very professional and warm. And of course there is the doctor himself - I have had prior work done by him and it was not even a question that I would go back to him for this new surgery. He is very skilled - and caring about his patients. Overall a great experience!

I went to Dr Pontell for a rhinoplasty a little over a year ago, and he was a fantastic doctor. On our first consultation he listened to what I was looking for and offered professional advice immediately. He was also fantastic at reassuring any concerns as well as answering any questions regarding the procedure / aftercare. Dr Pontell and his team went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. I am a female with severe menstrual cramps, and prior to a rhinoplasty one cannot take blood thinners, which unfortunately includes many of the pain medications I use. Dr Pontell really went out of his way to make sure I would not suffer during this time and I am incredibly grateful for his help. The procedure went very smooth and I felt safe in his care. My recovery was a little harder than normal with bruising and Dr Pontell was very quick yet attentive and helpful during each check up after my surgery. He is also very skilled in his work. Now that a year has passed and all of the swelling has gone down, I can say with confidence he absolutely hit the nail on the head with what I was looking for. As for the office, it is very clean and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. They did a fantastic job at making me feel welcome and were always quick to call me when scheduling changes needed to be made to my checkups. I would highly recommend visiting Dr Pontell if plastic surgery is something you are serious about.

I had an upper and lower eyelid surgery and I could not be happier about the results. Dr Pontell was wonderful before during and after the procedure. He is still even months later, answering my questions and taking care of any little thing that pops up

Rhinoplasty- Dr. Pontell exceeded expectation, right off the get go I trusted him and his expertise. I felt heard with what I wanted and he DELIVERED. I wanted a natural looking result that would suit my face and I have never felt more confident. The office staff are the nicest ladies, the whole experience was smooth and positive! I had a mini facelift, upper eye lift and fraxel to my mouth area. I couldn't be happier. Very natural looking, with great results. The front desk ladies are so welcoming and warm. I felt comfortable from my visit telephone conversation. Dr. Pontell is very gentle, which is comforting when the sutures are being removed. 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Pontell's procedure was great, I see a big difference before and after my lower eyelid operation! My recovery time was short, about two weeks.

My experience with Dr. Pontell was wonderful. I had both rhinoplasty and upper and lower blepharoplasty. I was a little nervous, however after my consultation, I was absolutely comfortable with having both procedures during one surgery. The entire experience with staff was great--from the surgical center to the office staff. Everyone was professional, friendly and very reassuring. I did not have much pain afterward, easily manager with Tylenol. I was wearing makeup after a few weeks. And my results are amazing! I look like me only so much better!!

From the girls at the front desk to the procedure with Dr Pontell was an excellent experience. I am so pleased with the results of my nose job and lower eyelid surgery. My left nostril had very little airflow due to a slight curve and the surgery not only looks great but allows me to finally breath normal again.

I’m just about 8 weeks postoperative and my results thus far has been very positive. I did research on realself.com and liked the natural look he gave to his patients. I didn’t want to look fake or stretched out. His staff was very welcoming and professional. There were a few scheduling issues but nothing that a phone call didn’t fix. If I had a question or concern I called and Dr. Pontell himself answered the phone. That in itself totally impressed me I have never experienced that in any doctor. It was very expensive but you get what you pay for and he is a master in facial surgery not a jack of all trades.

Dr. Pontell is nothing short of a true artist! I researched facial plastic surgeons and interviewed 7 over the course of a couple years. Dr. Pontell is the most knowledgable and put any concerns to rest. I am truly happy with the procedure and feel as though I am living my best life having addressed and corrected facial concerns of mine. Trust this review, when I say that there is no better!
