If you are going to have to get surgery in NW New Jersey, This is your guy! I came into the ER with severe pain in abdomen. Dr Jabush talked me through what was necessary all the while setting me and my family at ease. He has incredible personality and bedside manner. Completed a flawless procedure and gave me a very specific plan of care to follow discharge. I appreciate you Dr Jabush!

I had an emergency hernia surgery and Dr Jabush was able to patch me up.He was very down to earth and had a great sense of humor. He explained everything to me in detail as far as what was going on and what needed to be done. I would recommend Dr. Jabush 10/10 times. I have had 2 surgeries this year one was an emergency hernia repair and the other was for hemroids. He was the kindest and most understanding Dr. made me very comfortable about both procedures and was able to answer all my questions. He also called and spoke to my family and explained everything and answered all their questions. He is very thuro and makes sure you understand everything he is going to do. I would recomend this surgeon to anyone!!!

had a gall bladder out in hackettstown. Dr. Jabush was terrific. put me right at ease. drew a picture of the procedure so i could understand! good sense of humor. i wasn't nervous at all. he has a terrific bedside manner. just excellent. i wrote a letter to the president of hackettstown hospital praising him and the entire staff at hackettstown hospital. i had a terrific experience. well, at least as good as you can have having this type of non-invasive surgery. pain and discomfort was extremely minimal. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jabush.

Dr. Jabush came in on his day off to help me! I was in pain in the E.R. and they for some reason wanted to send me home. My father told me to call his office. And he got the page (he wasn’t on call) and came in spent a few minutes with me and determined my gall bladder had to be removed. Him and his staff are fantastic! Thanks for helping me out!

Dr. Jabush has the BEST bedside manner a doctor could have. He is a joy! My husband had the worst infected gallbladder he had ever seen. Dr. Jabush came to my husband's bedside each morning in the hospital with a smile and positivity. He took his time to explain about my husband's drainage tube, answered all our questions, made us laugh, and assured us that my husband was in good hands. The surgery was a huge success and my husband is healing beautifully, even though his condition was complicated. Our outpatient appointments were pleasurable. The office staff is friendly. Dr. Jabush is the only doctor I would want to perform surgery on me.

Dr. Jabush, was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and even a little over confident, which I really liked. Made me feel that much more comfortable. He had two options and was prepared to do the more complicated procedure. Imagine me, waking up, feeling fantastic and finding out only the least invasive procedure was necessary. At a time when I was feeling at my most vulnerable, in a lot of pain and frankly scared.... From my first consultation with Dr. Jabush, I found him to be calming, reassuring and extremely confidence inspiring. He patiently listened to my concerns, asked the right questions, offered options and gave his recommendation. I was fortunate to meet Jondavid Jabush upon admission to Hackettstown Medical Center this month. From initial consultation, an attempt at a conservative approach, the eventual decision to operate, all the way to getting my staples out in his office - Dr. Jabush was great all the way. He got to know me and my family, answered all our questions, and inspired confidence. No one wants to have surgery in his 90's, but I was in the gifted hands of Dr. Jabush and his partner, Dr. Campion. I am happy to report I am having an excellent recovery.

Best doctor I’ve ever seen. If I ever had to get surgery again I would have him do it. He was so confident and made me feel safe. I saw every specialist you could think of and nobody knew what was wrong besides him. I was in excruciating pain for a week and without his operation the pain would have never went away. Can’t thank him enough! Would recommend to anyone!!!

I went to the emergency room,as I was having severe abdominal pain.i received a thorough exam from Dr Jaybush.He was professional, compassionate and asked me many questions. After having received many tests and manipulation of hernia he confirmed I had 2 hernias, In the small intestines that required immediate surgery.He took the time to explain and allowed me to ask many questions so I had a full understanding. The surgery was a success But the pain that brought me to the hospital was still there Dr Jaybush listened to me and scheduled me for exploratory surgery in which a twisted bowel in large intestines was causing me all the pain.. Dr Jaybush was so compassionate I found him to be a good listener. Communication between doctor and patient was easy and professional and I felt I could trust him not once but twice I am so grateful for all that he has done. His face showed how much he cared and wanted to make sure I no longer had pain. I was discharged I schedule my follow up appointment Doctor confirmed I was healing and progressing. he said I did not need to make another follow up appointment that I had an open door policy if I needed to see him just come in his door was always open for me. I would like to add I am a retired nurse. I would certainly recommend Dr Jabush if anyone needed a surgeon

Dr. Jabush cared for me in a recent stay a Hackettstown Hospital. He also installed my lap band which allowed me to lose 80 pounds. My recent stay was for an intestinal blockage which had nothing to do with the lap band. Dr. Jabush was looking towards major surgery after the exploratory surgery revealed no problems other than the fact that there were no sounds coming from my intestines. I am so grateful to him for waiting one more day before performing major surgery as that could have created many problems in my future. That extra day he waited what was needed for things to start working again. Dr. Jabush is the best and I highly recommend him as he truly cares about his patients

I'm writing this review on behalf of my brother. He has cerebral palsy and Dr. Jabush was his surgeon. I've seen many physicians interact with my adult brother before, but only rarely did I find one who so compassionate and willing to take the time to care for him. Dr.Jabush did an amazing job. I'd recommend him over and over again.

Went in for hernia repair. He gave options for the surgery, spent plenty of time discussing things, and has great bedside manner. Surgery went quickly. The only issue was the first appoinment, waited nearly 2 hours. The follow up appointment we were in the office immediately. Staff is awesome.

Dr. Jabush was recommended to me by a friend who he had operated on a few months ago. She had a problem with a gastric band (done at another hospital) and was seen in the emergency room by Dr. Jabush. Her band had an erosion in her stomach and Dr. Jabush removed it using minimal invasive surgery. Two weeks later, I was in the hospital with diverticulitis. I asked for Dr. Jabush and thought he was an awesome doctor! He explained everything in english and ended up taking out a part of my intestines using three small (less than 1) incisions. I was able to go home two days after surgery. I found Dr. Jabush to be readily available and responsive to all my questions and needs. I followed up in his office the next week. His staff was very helpful. When I called, I always spoke to a real person not one of those computer prompts. I am now back to work and feeling great. If you need a surgeon in Hackettstown, make sure you ask for him by name!

I felt that Dr. Jabush was not knowledgeable enough to perform my minimally invasive surgery. When problems developed before the surgery, I should have know not to go through with it. I do not think he was experienced enough to take on my complex case. When I would ask him questions regarding the things I should or shouldn't be doing, he gave me very general answers. Answers that I wouldnt have expected from a surgeon who was familiar with the side effects of minimally invasive surgery. He also became very impatient and annoyed with me, when all I was asking for was information on the best things I could be doing to heal. I found him very unprofessional and rude. I am still upset about the way he talked to me and made me feel.Please do yourself a favor and go to a different surgeon.

He is a very caring MD. Spends time making sure you understand things. Follow was very good. He always makes you feel like he has time to listen to your needs and concerns. I have alot of confidence in him.
