Dr. Mendoza has been seeing my 91 year old uncle for almost 6 years. He has provided the utmost in care and compassion. In fact, the condition that he has is very hard to treat but Dr. Mendoza kept working until he found a drug cocktail that successfully addressed his complex situation. In addition, he offers such good bedside manner that my uncle enjoys going, just to experience his care and concern. Equally important, though my uncle is 91, Dr. Mendoza respectfully defers to his opinions and preferences and has as much time as is needed. I could not recommend Dr. Mendoza more highly.

Takes the time to listen to my mother on how she's doing and her needs. Shame office over books which leads to long waits even just for blood.

The office is very small. We have been there four times and we always have to wait at least an hour after our original appointed time. The last time our appointment was at 11:15 and we were there at 10:45, we had to wait 2 1/2 hours before we saw doctor and it wasn't the one we usually see. Then we had to wait for another 45 minutes before my husband could get into chemo. Every time we been there it always ended up being standing room only. The place has an assembly line atmosphere. The nurses are nice but they do not have time to be too friendly because of the back up of patients. It seems also to be a lack of communication between doctor and staff. I wish I could take my husband elsewhere but too much has been invested.
