I have been a patient of Dr. DeCarlo for about 5 years. He has treated my prostate cancer through "Active Surveillance"; monitoring any growth/change in the small growth. Although he outlined the various options: Surgery, Radiation, given the progress of the very slow growth cancer, we decided (together) on Active Surveillance. He is very knowledgeable, and maintains cutting-edge changes in the new techniques/information about this disease.
