It's so very nice when your Doctor takes all time needed to review all the different options.

Dr. Mileti had repaired my torn rotator cuff several years ago, so when it came time to replace my other shoulder there was no question who would do it. Dr. Mileti is a very skilled surgeon and his staff are very professional and helpful. All of my calls were responded to promptly and any paperwork I needed filled out for my employer was completed and faxed promptly as well.

This physician is an excellent surgeon and very kind. I am in rehab and he is straight forward what I must do to recover at 100%. Kim Flinn

Dr.Mileti is the best . Great experience with my Reverse Shoulder Replacement. Been 6 weeks and the shoulder feels great . The whole staff gets 2 ?? ups . I had a bad tear in my rotator cuff and labrum. Dr Mileti cleaned it all up, had to move my biceps and put it all neatly back together. It was a great experience.

I understand from being a patient that Ortho has a get em in and out practice, but sort of wearing on my opinion. Transportation of my friend here often and observing appointments I’ve become a bit weary of the quickness of appointments. If it wasn’t for my friends initial unsuccessful surgery which is now leading to exploring yet another, bc of the severity of the physical consequences, were possibly considering we made a poor choice with surgery option so hard to commit to yet another, as well. There should not be a “return policy” on an unsuccessful surgery, but at least a possible recognition that considering the bad outcome that something is amiss and that my friebd shouldn’t be rushed to make a quick decision.

Dr. Mileti proformed a complete shoulder replacement on my right shoulder and the total experience was top notch. All the nurses were helpful and caring from the time I walked through the door. The procedure went great and I didn’t experience any pain and didn’t need any pain meds. I highly recommend Dr. Mileti and his team for your shoulder issues

I recommend Dr. Joseph Mileti for any orthopedic issue with shoulder and arms. With each visit, I felt as though I was the most important patient of the day. He perfectly explained the procedure and recovery. All appointments were on schedule and staff from welcome desk, radiology staff and nurses/PA were wonderful.

Dr. Mileti replaced my left shoulder. He answered all my questions; he was very professional; his bedside manner was excellent; he spent time with me and was available when I had any questions later.I think he was great!

he was late all the time, I mean really late, not just a few minutes. the follow up care he provided was not good and he was hard to get a hold of if there were any qustions.

He is very confident in himself, but seems too much in a hurry. He did my hand, carpel tunnel. It has been little over yer and I still have some discomfort. The whole office just seems like a factory. Get you in, out and get the money. Just my opinion.
