From my initial appointment with Dr Platon to my spine injection with Dr Berg, I have never experienced a more professional and efficient team of medical professionals. The entire process didn't waste a minute of my time and I was kept informed every step of the way. From walking in the door, getting the spine injection, and walking out to my car was under 45 minutes. I don't think I have ever been in and out of any medical facility that quick. It wasn't just the efficiency, every Doctor, Nurse, and admin knew their job well and made the whole experience as easy as it could possibly be.

Dr Platon reviewed my X-ray and gave me solutions. I will be going back to him when I need to.

Great initial visit, confirmed what I thought was going on with a sciatica issue. Took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Very personable. Did not feel rush. Was very clear with options and expectations thru Physical Therapy and the next steps once that has been completed.

After receiving a shocking report from a neuro surgeon that my spine is irreparable, i was devastated. A shot was recommended in my sacrum. Dr. Platon was to give the shot. Before he did so, i shared what the other doctor conveyed...weeping the entire time. Dr. Platon was very patient, listened and was very compassionate and explained why the neuro surgeon was so blunt w/me Dr. Platon made me feel so much better emotionally and...the shot is working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Testing was done quickly and efficiently. I was given preliminary results while in the exam room.

Dr Platon has been my physician for several years and has kept my broken body going. i could not ask for better care.Well I could, but i dont know where I could find it. He and courteous staff have been a blessing to me.

I thought when I came to this Spine team there was no more hope for me, except pain management. Dr. Platon speaks truth—yes, I know I’m bad—but he is willing to work with you me as a patient to find solutions outside of the steroid shot. Amazingly kind and listens to what you say. If you need a spine advocate/doctor, call his office and get in soon!

Dr. Platon is outstanding he takes the time and effort to explain clearly difficult diagnosis and treatment planning. He clearly cares about his patients.

Dr. Platon was very approachable and explained everything to me as simply as he could. Didn't push me out the door but took his time with me. This was my first time there so hopefully I see him each time and don't get handed around.
