Dr. Barker met with me today for a IME. He is very professional and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Barker to anyone who needs a good surgeon. Dr. Barker listens to you and gives you honest answers.

I have been taking my friend & roommate to see Dr. Barker for quiet sometime now. But today, it was reversed! She took me to see him due to a recurring painful left knee issue that is causing excruciating pain and making it difficult to even walk! I took 2 cd's of previous x-rays with me for him to view. He immediately recognized me from previous visits with my friend. He immediately diagnosed my issue after viewing the 2 cd's and proceeded with a plan of action beginning with an initial injection, a knee brace, and follow-up appointments. I really like his professional demeanor, his knowledge of his practice, and friendly nature. Even all the ladies at check-in know me from just seeing my face which is something that I like. They are all friendly, personable, and very nice too me as they know my friend also. Convenience is a plus as we live here in Garner and the office is close by. Making appointments is very easy also. I would not have any problem to refer friends or anyone to Raleigh Orthopedic Clinic and Dr. Barker in Garner NC.

Absolutely the best of what a physician should be...great result on rotator cuff surgery-2nd he has done for me. Six weeks out and I am already out of pain with normal use anf full range and working on strengthening. Great staff ...they all feel like friends. Dr Barker is a guy you want to hang out with just talking...and you just don't see that in medicine very often.
