Dr. Joshua Fox

Attentive and caring - Dr. Fox and his staff made my experience enjoyable while there, especially for a procedure that can be very painful. They were on top of everything that needed to be done and did a great job and helped to ease my pain as Much as possible and went above and beyond.

My issues were all addressed - Very knowledgeable , Accurate diagnosis and treatment

I am a 71 year old man and I look 43 ,35 yrs with - He is the best and oldest in United States for Laser ; he is a spry older man and loves his work ; I have done several lasers with Dr Fox and have recommended him over 40 times to my family and friends ; and easily all look 10 years younger ; I thanked Dr Fox for not retiring …. But I also think he is funniest man I ever met ; and his decades of skill are only topped by his excellent sense of humor

I saw him about 10 years and he made jokes about me to his assistant. I already forgot what he was saying about me but I was offended and upset. I didn't know how to respond as I didn't want to offend him. I just went back to see him recently due to a skin problem. Since there are many doctors in that office, I forgot that he was the one who had offended me before. But his behavior brought back that remote memory! He hasn't changed a bit. He was still very unprofessional and made stupid comments which neither me or his nurse found funny. And when he spoke to me, he leaned forward too closely and I could feel his spit on my face. He showed no interest in my skin problem. He concluded without thorough examination about my problem and prescribed expensive creams for treatment. I didn't get the cream since I don't trust his diagnosis was correct. But my skin problem went away without any medication after a few weeks. I will never see this doctor again. If I can give him a -10 rating, I would. Too bad, the lowest rating you can set is 1 star.

He didnt listen to my complaints And he couldnt care less

I visited Dr. Fox at his office, Advanced Dermatolog and had a very positive experience. I came in and was seen right away. The staff was warm, courteous, and friendly. I had a mole removed from my neck and a another from my face. I was very concerned and worried about the mole on my face being removed but to my delight it healed beautifully. I recommend Dr. Fox for his great work.

Dr Joshua Fox helped me with my Rosaica. He was very caring and although I had to wait a little it was well worth the wait. The staff was kind and helpful and they have evening office hours which was great for my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Fox as a dermatologist.

I called on Wednesday for a follow-up visit to deal with sun/skin issues and was told there was an appointment available at 1 p.m. on Thursday. I arrived at 12:45, signed in, and was called out of the waiting room, long distance (since the assistant was busy gossiping with someone else), then was put in a treatment room at 1:31. She said she would alert him and he would be there soon. She was unprofessional and unpleasant. I waited until 1:56 and left, telling her on the way out that I was leaving. This particular staff member was offensive and insensitive to patients' (mine at least) time constraints. This doctor has a lot of different locations and runs a dermatology mill. He may be a decent doctor but he is spread too thin and is too quick with patients when he finally gets around to seeing them.

The front desk people are very rude. However, Dr. Fox is great.

My daughter was struggling in school because of severe acne. We were referred by our doctor to this dermatology office. The dermatologist recommended a laser treatment called Acleara and after a few treatments the results are truly amazing. My daughter is ecstatic and feeling so much more confident. Thank you so much.
