Dr. Joshua Oliver Podjasek

This man is a great person. He always checks everything thoroughly and removes anything he deems suspicious for a biopsy and is confident in telling you when something is not suspicious. He’s a very kind person and doesn’t make you feel bad for asking questions like some doctors do.

Such a great bedside manner. So kind, caring, very smart. I’ve been to other Dr’s where they did could not figure out an issue and Dr. Podjasek was able to diagnose in seconds. Amazing Dr & human.

I experienced incredible care and experience with both the doctor and staff. Dr. Podjasek was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and was very thorough in his explanation of his examination and the entire process. I had two moles removed and felt like I was in very good hands. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Podjasek in the St Joseph office for an awful rash that I had developed. He was very kind and spent a long time with me even though the dermatology clinic was busy. He even called me twice throughout the next week to check on me. My rash has now resolved and I couldn't be happier with the care that I received from Dr Podjasek.

I saw Dr. Podjasek with my five year old son who had been diagnosed with molluscum for about 6 months. Our pediatrician tried to treat the spots but ended up causing scarring and was not able to get rid of them. Dr. Podjasek made my son feel very comfortable right away. He applied a blistering fluid to the spots that caused small blisters to form and made the bumps finally go away. The entire experience was great and I will be back to see him in the future.

Dr. Podjasek is excellent. He found a melanoma on my cheek that I had no idea was there. It's impressive that he trained at Mayo Clinic. We're lucky to have him in Darien.

I first saw Dr. Podjasek in Orland Park and followed him to Darien because I was so impressed with him. He is the real deal. You won't find a better dermatologist in the Chicagoland area.

I was referred to Dr. Podjasek by my internist for a skin check. He found a skin cancer that neither myself or my wife knew was there, and removed it entirely on the day of the visit. I highly recommend him.

Very nice. He was easy to talk to and listened to all of my concerns. I had a rash on my skin for two years and no one could figure out what was the cause. I travelled to the Mayo Clinic, and he diagnosed me and my rash is now gone. I'm thankful for doctors like him.
