His reputation precedes him. He lived up to that in my brief diagnostic visit. Very personable and wow does he know his stuff.

Dr Arroyo is a great doctor. He replaced my shoulder and follow-up was good. Easy to get an appointment. He spends time with me every time I have seen him. Great personality and shows real concern.

Dr Arroyo is a great doctor. He is top notch surgeon having done major shoulder surgery for me with great success. He is also personable, listens, takes time to hear concerns and provide explanations and advice. He is not quick to operate but evaluates conditions carefully and pursues appropriate measures. He is first rate.

Dr Arroyo operated on my parts of my rotator cuff. I am a 71 active engineer. He is good. He is the 3rd orthopedic surgeon that I have seen for the shoulder. The other specialist had mris, etc but never identified the causes of my pain. My pain level is much less (I am 71 and the shoulder had a lot of trauma) and my mobility is greatly improved. If I need a doctor with his expertise in the future, I will see him again. Doctor, you do great work. Thanks

I’m a repeat customer at 75 ,right shoulder full replacement 3 years ago and now doing left, they were awesome then. I expect nothing less this time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 10stars for them

Puget Sound Ortho is great. I’m 68 OK shape but a but a bit prone to soft tissue injuries as I age. I love to stay active backpacking and bicycle riding, Dr. Arroyo did the evaluation ordered the MRI. And then discussed the diagnosis of my frozen shoulder. Some physical therapy on my own and then later a Cortizone shot and things are progressing well. I definitely prefer a Doctor exhausts all the non-surgical approaches first. Doctor Arroyo was down to earth, clear and concise, and brings a real world tone to our discussion. I definitely recommend.

This is the second time I have undergone shoulder reconstructive surgery. Both the pre and post operative teams were friendly, welcoming, and kept my wife posted on my status; and Dr. Arroyo walked me through the surgery process and what to expect on the "other side". I could not have asked for better treatment.

Can’t say enough about this wonderful surgeon. He’s a top notch surgeon. He did my reverse shoulder replacement and I am so grateful to have use of my arm again. Both he and his PA Lindsay have the kindest bedside manner. I would highly recommend him/them.

I will forever be grateful to Dr. Arroyo who restored function to my left shoulder with a reverse shoulder replacement. I was unable to extend my arm or raise it above my head for several years. Now I'm so happy to use my left arm again since I am left-hand dominant. Dr. Arroyo and his PA Lindsey are kind and compassionate and excellent physicians. I feel so fortunate to have been their patient. Dr. Arroyo is my hero!

He's experienced for sure but just as important he listens to his patients and is respectful and kind as well. He does everything he can to work with his patients to achieve the best outcome.

Dr Arroyo did a reverse shoulder replacement and he is by far the best and most intelligent Orthopedic Surgeon I have ever dealt with. Him and Lyndsey and the rest of the staff have treated this old Marine Corps Veteran with the utmost Respect.
