Dr. Kolzet received a MA in Counseling and Guidance for College and Community Agencies from NYU and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a Health Emphasis from Yeshiva University, Ferkauf Graduate School, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In 2013, Dr. Kolzet established psychotherapy and behavioral health practice that provides cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and supportive psychotherapy to individuals and groups on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. She provides evidence-based treatment options for a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, low mood, and body image concerns. She
