Me operé hace 8 días con Dr.Álvarez en Miami en la clínica New life muy amable pero tres cosas no me gustaron, no me hizo lipo en el area de las axilas se lo dejé saber y me las marco pero no lo hizo. Un glúteo está diferente al otro se lo dejé saber a la enfermera Ana el siguiente día, ella me dijo q todavía tenía q esperar porq estaba inflamada Lo otro es q cuando te pasan al area de q ya estás operada para q despiertes de la anestesia una persona me despertó halandome los pezones 4 veces muy fuerte era un hombre obvio no fue el doctor, no es la manera de sacar a alguien de una anestesia, vamos con muchas ilusiones sin pedir nada gratis, todo es pagado.

At my first follow up visit, when he took the wrap off and showed me the results I cried. I am soooo happy. My arms look better at 59 years old than they did in my 20's! My "bat wings" are gone. Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez is wonderful. I had a CO2 Laser procedure done. He explained everything in detail during my consult, which is why I chose him. During the procedure, he was very thorough, dedicated, and did everything possible to explain the process. The staff is amazing. Everyone is caring and dedicated to you the patient.

I'm so happy I chose Dr.Clavijo-Alveraz to perform my breast augmentation. I couldnt be happier with my results. He's truly an expert and artist at what he does. He knows exactly what will look best on you and trulu has the precision to carry it out. On top of that, he is a very good hearted patient man and truly cares about his patients. He followed up with me more than any other surgeon has in the past to make sure I was ok. An example, one of the times he called to check up on me I just had dental work done, which I didnt know was a no no, and even though he was the out of the office he had called in an antibiotic for me to make sure I wasnt at risk for an infection. So he truly goes above and beyond not only in his work but also in his caringness. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting work done..you wont go wrong with this fantastic doctor!!!

Dr. Alvarez performed liposuction on my arms, flanks, abdomen, and inner thighs. I was just not seeing any my body shape change from going to the gym 6 days a weeks. Dr. Alvarez enhances my body shape with amazing contours in a way I could never imagine my body looking this good. I am absolutely over the moon with my results.

I have been seeing Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez for several months due to a migraine disorder. I can not say enough about him. For at least half of my adult life I experienced incapacitating migraines that took away many of the pleasures of life. When I went for my first visit I had very little expectation as I had been through most of the medications that were suppose to help my condition and was still experiencing migraines almost daily. After my first treatment I can honestly say I do not have more than a few migraines each month and those I do have are not at the intensity that I had previously known. Thanks to Botox and Dr Clavijo-Alvarez’s expertise I now have my life back. I am able to enjoy my family and my work performance has improved. I would highly recommend Botox and Dr Clavijo-Alvarez to anyone suffering from chronic migraines.

Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez and his staff are awesome! They were extremely friendly and made me feel as if I was their only patient. I was so grateful that Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez had free consultations and patiently answered every question and concern I had concerning a face and neck lift procedure. I had gone to others, but his explanation of the procedure was so thorough, I was confident that he would do an excellent job. Now that the procedure is over, I'm so happy with his work. I want to thank him and his staff for making this whole experience so pleasant. NOTE: I had a mid-facelift in 2009 (age 51) by a different surgeon. Given that I am now ten years old, I had anticipate the recovery would be more difficult. I am happy to say that it was actually much easier. Much less bruising and swelling. I credit that to Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez exception skill as a surgeon along with is after care.

I can’t rave enough about how happy I am with my septorhinoplasty results so far at 3 weeks post-op! From my consultation I felt like Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez and I were on the same page with what I wanted, even when I couldn’t quite explain it out loud. The procedure itself went smoothly and all of the staff at the surgery center were extremely caring and friendly. The first day of recovery wasn’t terrible but the next 3 days were pretty rough (as expected). Be prepared to feel uncomfortable, sore and swollen- all normal parts of recovery. The internal splints are uncomfortable and feel like a lot of pressure but they’re removed after a week. After the first week I had my splints and cast removed and got to see a sneak preview of the results and even though I was still very swollen, I could already see such amazing results! As a warning, in the early stages of recovery it’s basically impossible to sleep comfortably but it gets progressively better as the days go on. Now at week 3, the majority of my swelling is gone and I’m able to breathe relatively well. All of the pain and discomfort has been absolutely worth it! My results are better than what I imagined and I’m still not fully recovered. Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez called me a few hours after my surgery to check in on me and is always available to answer questions. He’s very attentive, caring and great at what he does! I can’t wait to look at before and after pictures in a year from now!

I would give him a million stars!!! He is the most AMAZING doctor I have ever met! Not only is he very knowledgeable and detail oriented, he is so kind and has an amazing bedside manner. I would 100% go back to him in the future, as well as I would recommend him to anyone looking around for a plastic surgeon. He is truly the best and I’m so thankful I found him!

Dr. Clavijo is amazing. He cares about his patients and tries to give them what they want without jeopardizing their health. After extreme weight loss I had a lot of excess skin. He was able to remove more skin than he originally thought and made me look amazing. I can't wait for my next procedure.
