Dr. Kajal Samish Shah, MD

I have visited several doctors regarding my back pain. Dr Kajal Shah was by far the most informative and caring when discussing my problems. She took time to explain the problem and what treatment she'd like to start for me. Dr. Kajal Shah and her wonderful nurse were really professional and exhibited genuine care throughout my visit. It was so assuring to met and be treated by a doctor/nurse who considered you a patient and took the time to ensure my comfort. I will definitely refer Dr. Kajal Shah and her staff to my family and friends.

Dr. Shah listened carefully to my symptoms and concerns and was thorough in determining the cause of the pain I experienced. She explained things clearly and offered options for my treatment. Her analysis made perfect sense to me and she has earned my trust.

I had to almost demand that this doctor sit down and listen to me. I had to ASK about the previous nerve conduction test. Her response, "You have neuropathy in your legs!" That was it! No explanation, no suggestion of further tests, no nothing! I was referred to this doctor by one of her associates to be tested for MS! She has yet to do any testing. Tells me to come back in three months! Never again!

This doctor's office called me twice to reschedule my first appointment. After the first visit, I was scheduled for another appointment (two weeks later was the earliest). On the day of my second appointment, the office called one hour before my scheduled appointment time and said I had to reschedule. Are you kidding me? Non-caring, doesn't return phone calls, rude.....you get the picture.

Dr Shaw was very helpful and attentive when I saw her 2 years ago.

Not sure whether she enjoys her job..very aloof. Receptionist unproffessional

Incompetent and uncaring. Went on vacation with no one standing in. Couldn't get meds. Bad breath....

A TOTAL NON CARING DOCTOR. SHE HAS NO FEELINGS FOR HER PATIENTS

I have never felt so discriminated in my life until I saw Dr. kajal shah! She made me feel like I was a bad person. I was going to her for help with my back leg and neck pain but because I am on state Insurance I am apparently a drug dealer. I cried the whole way home because I felt so helpless after she walked out of the room on me. I sat there needing a doctor to help me and she walked out! I can't believe that some providers actually judge u based on your insurance. They should really get to know someone and their situation before judging!!!
