Dr Kumar is the best MD in Brevard. He listens to your concerns and symptoms. He is straight forward with treatment. He's very caring and passionate about his patients. I have and will highly recommend this physician.

I’ve been a patient there for years and recently they got a new staff which I absolutely love compared to the old staff. They’re nicer and get stuff done. Dr. Kumar is the best doctor I’ve ever had!!!!! He’s straight to the point and doesn’t disappoint!!!

SUch a wonderful office with excellent medical care that I may not get where I am moving. He was my and my dads doctor for last 4 years. My diabetes control has only been possible with him, ( been a diabetic for last 18 years, but never with such excellent control). My cost of medications has halved due to smart choices. My dad went from 12 meds to 4 meds . All credit goes to the doctor. Their staff has changed in the front recently but I have been consistently happy and thrilled for my dads visits. Thank you !!

Best MD in Brevard County

Dr. Kumar DENIED my referral to see him. When I asked if they was something missing from the referral that my old rheumatologist faxed over, staff said no, he just doesn't think it's something he can treat right now. Are you kidding me? I have been seeing a rheumatologist since 2012 and need a new one close to my new house. I am in shock that a doctor would REFUSE to see a patient that is in need. Not sure why you went into the medical field to help patients if you're refusing them.

I have been seeing Dr. Kumar for about 9 months. During this time I was sent out to have x-rays taken to check for arthritis, never received a call giving me the results. I had to call and ask, then I had to set up an appointment to ask what my alternatives are. I needed a pre authorization for meds from my insurance, have the Drs office the form to fill out about a month ago and still don't have the authorization. I don't bother calling the office for info I go to them otherwise I'm told someone will call and they never do. One time I had an 8:30 appointment but the staff didn't bother to show up until 8:45, then I still had to wait until almost 9:00. The staff usually make excuses for way things aren't done. Don't recommend them.

Dr. Vinay is so friendly, compassionate, caring, NEVER rushes you, always explains things well and answers questions. He is extremely knowledgeable ! Am so happy that we found him, we moved here from out of State about 3 yrs. ago and I developed A-Fib right before we left my beloved Colorado. My husband goes to him, also and feels the same way that I DO! Would highly recommend him. You sometimes have a wait past your appt. time but that is because he is sensitive to your issues and doesn't rush you. God bless you, Dr. Vinay

I work in the medical profession. Dr. Kumar stands heads above the other physicians I work with. He listens and truly cares. Does not rush you out of the office. Accurate diagnosis. Easy appointments. Short wait time. Sometimes staff forgets to do things and you have to remind them, but. overall, you can't go wrong with this Doctor.

Dr. Kumar is an excellent compassionate doctor. He will be there for you through thick and thin. I had a crisis years ago, nerve damage in arm, my axillary nerve, I would just show up at his office in the am sometimes without an apt and cry to him, he helped me through the whole thing, monitoring my records from other doctors, assisting me with my pain and physical therapy. I wouldn't trade him for the world. He has taken measure to improve the wait time and it is not to bad now.

Absolutely awesome Doctor, and he listens to you and your concerns. Sometimes you have to wait a bit pass your appointment time, but it is worth the wait!

He's The Best, I've been going to him since 2007!??

Dr. Kumar is both my husbands doctor and mine. He has taken great care of us over 10 plus years. It's been only once that we were in crisis, I got nerve damage in my Axillary Nerve (arm) from an injection, (from a different doctor.) Nerve pain and trying to get a diagnoisis was terrible, the arm dead couldn't lift it to wash hair, open a cabinet. slept sitting up in a chair and this went on for 3 months. He was with me every step of the way when I would just show up at office crying my eyes out, with his slow and steady, claim direction. He helped direct me to specialist, help guide me through pain maintenance and always went over all my records from the many specialist I went to.End result, I got diagnosed finally in Tampa by Dr. Able with nerve damage from injection, I went for acupuncture and never needed another pain pill and with repeated acupunture, I got better and better as the nerves slowly grew back. Dr. Kumar is the man!!!!!

Very compassionate doctor who really listens to you and spends time with you

Three separate appointments. Dr Kumar is fantastic, however, office staff fail to follow up on his directions. Referrals never sent, 2 week wait time for follow up info, staff very rude about being questioned. Still waiting for a referral to be sent to an electrophysiologist for a heart problem. Staff now claim they cannot find the documentation. "We will try to get to it today". Will be looking for a new PCP. Very unfortunate, as Dr. Kumar is wonderful. He needs new staff.

Dr kumar and his team are wonderful! I've been seeing them for almost two years and I feel confident in their knowledge. They always spend time, never rushing me out the door.

This was my Dr.for two years than I moved to orlando and I am back to Brevard county, I always could count with him for all my worries and he cared honestly. My husband and myself have been patients of Dr. Kumar for over 10 years. We are both now in our late 40's, and are so glad that we choose him. He is talented in so many areas of care, we just consider him the best. Several of our neighbors no see him along with their parents. He and his staff are the best!
