I'm a new patient of Dr jimenez and I'm absolutely pleased with how thorough and caring with me and really made me feel confident in my care. She's absolutely amazing and I highly recommend! The wait time was almost nothing. The entire building was clean and during a pandemic that's extremely important. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was just a great experience. As a young mother of two I'm used to being looked at as I don't know what I'm doing or talking about when it comes to my health and went into this appointment fearful I'd be treated the same. My last doctor of many many years mocked my concerns and blew me off. Treated me with blanket medications to fix a whole arsenal of health issues, never looking into the underlying issue. I can happily say this was not the case when seeing Dr jimenez. She showed genuine interest in my concerns and I walked out feeling actually listened to and with several referrals that I desperately needed. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment and I'm very hopeful for once that I finally have a doctor who cares and will treat me like a person with genuine health issues.
