I've been to a number of doctors and they could never figure out what was causing my problems... Dr Lops Did! She actually listens to you!

Would not recommend her to anyone! Long waiting times not nice comments makes you feel she's superior and better than you I had to find another Doctor

I was sad to see Mrs Stephens go she was fantastic and I thought I would finally have a doctor getting to know me.being getting to know my history And get a good relationship and be able to relax a bit and trust them with my vary life.i thought I had this with Stephens. So was a shock when I found out I have a new provider. I thought I'll give the new lady a shot. At first how she responded to my need of haveing a couple things checked out she said she wanted to focus on the one thing I came in for I didn't know from that point if she was what I needed. But it's what she did after that told me this lady cares about me and my health! I had a pharmacist tell me to contact my doc to see if taking a certain med was ok as this drug is know to be less effective with plavix. I called the nurse expecting her to answer the question they did more than that the ANRP personally called me to answer my question and told me she was working on my referral for a lung doc. That in itself changed my mind I found someone as caring as Mrs Stephens with a little more pep in her personality. I also understand this was her 1 St day on the job and she had big shoes to fill but I know can say by doing what she did taking that extra step she imediately made me confortable with her.and I am so happy About that. This doctor and her office is a scam. They make unneeded appt one after another so they can collect more money, which the office doesnt even know how to work insurance because they either over charge and wont refund you or under charge then try to collect the huge difference all at once all while refusing treatment if you can't even though it was their fault. I was on anti depressants for months all without a refill having to go back everytime and make a appt just to get a refill. After the 10th unnecessary appt I had a family emergency and couldn't attend they refused to refill my anti depressants and I had to go off them cold Turkey which is not healthy at all. She let's the office workers who are not qualified make decisions on medications and refills. The doctor doesnt Care about you she just wants the money. Very poor excuse for a doctor and office.

I have gone to Dr. Lops for the past 7 years and have been extremely pleased and happy with my visit. She is very caring and takes plenty of her time to listen. Also, I appreciate her bedside manners.

Dr. Lops is expanding to add a PA-C growing her Practice and hiring new and very personable and professional employees. What a difference. They are all so kind and pleasant to deal with and are always ready to assist in anything I need. Thank you Dr. Lops and company

I have been going to Dr Lops for years. A couple of times in the past I have waited for 45+ minutes but she has also talked to me for as long as I needed so I don't mind the wait. She is patient, asks questions, offers suggestions and doesn't judge or get angry when I don't always follow her advice. If she gets impatient with me she doesnt show it and I appreciate that. She's open to alternate ways of doing things instead of just prescribing pills. I like and admire her very much.

Staff is excellent, courteous, and efficient. Doctor is rude, judgmental, not interested in listening to the patient. Will not go back.

Dr Lops seemed ok at first. However, when different issues popped up resulting in 3 visits in as many weeks, she began treating me as a nuisance (staph infection, pre-scheduled PAP, lump found under arm). She later refused to refill my anti-depressant medication, forcing me to quit cold turkey after 2 years. After four days of terrible withdrawal symptoms, I am finding a new doctor.

I feel issues you mention are written off as not urgent until you forcefully. The results aren't given in a timely manner therefore I have to call all the time to get them. When I give them time its been almost a month only to find out the doc never reviewed my eco & the report wasn't complete. They never call back until you get stone cold on the voicemail or call the appointment line to ask for results

Wait times are absurd. I never felt heard but rather talk at or down to. They charge as a speciality visit so my co-pay was higher. Never going back!

The receptionist comes accross very rude. She will not listen to what you are saying and argues with you about what you need. I feel like this office has forgotten that the clients are what this is all about. If you lose your clients you have no revenue for wages, and etc. Need to get back to the basics or will continue to lose clients. Lost 3 today.

Being a new military family to the area, finding a doctor is hard. Finding a good doctor that cares is even harder. My first visit to Dr. Lops was ok if that. The following appts have just gotten worse. I feel like she just gets you in and gets you out. I need better care than that for my daughter. Not happy with the office, the staff, or the doctor, even though the medical assistant is very kind. Changing today!I do not recommend this doctor.

At first I thought I had the perfect doctor but as time has gone on I am finding that I was wrong. The office staff are cold and uncaring . If you dare to question a medication or ask a question the nurse looks at you like your stupid and you should already know. Over the last year or so I have found the office to get more and more crazy in there. Wait times are out of control especially if you have to go to work or have other appointments. In the end I felt like a number not a person so I changed and I'm glad I did.

Office will not relay any message to doctor or nurse and makes you feel stupid. Doctor obviously sets the tone for the office. I get better treatment at the e.r.

I have had Dr Lops as my family physician for many years. I have found her to be caring and very willing to refer me out if the need be. She had been very accurate in her diagnosis and very supportive in my long term illness. Tia is a MA and she does a wonderful job for what she has been trained for.I am a R.N. who has had years of working with Physicians and we have a good one here!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr Lops for about 5 years now. I think she is fine for general or annual medical exams, pap smears, getting routine bloodwork and dealing with immunizations. I do feel that maybe her practice is growing beyond her capacity to deal effectively with her patient load. In a few instances I have sat in her waiting area for 1-1 1/2 hours, and I've learned to book my appointments either first thing in the morning or just after lunch. I am disappointed with her office staff- I think her medical assistant Tia just doesn't have the knowledge base to be effective in her position. I have also found on different occasions that getting referrals and specialist care sorted out through Dr Lops' office is a frustrating nightmare-if it weren't for the history I already have with Dr Lops, I would (and probably will soon) seek another family practice doctor that I believes actually cares just a bit more about her patients and their health than her bottom line.

Excellent Doctor. Hightly recommend.

Dr. Lops is very professional and thorough. She spends the time to understand and clarify; she is not afraid of trying new technologies to promote healthy lifestyles. Five years ago, there were BIG problems with the wretched phone system at her old office. And if the nurse was ill (if there was a nurse--many times there wasn't) patient voicemails were not addressed in a timely manner. // The staff now is much more effective and efficient. // Tia recently graduated as a Medical Assistant--not an RN or even an LPN. No, she is not a pharmacist, pharmacologist, and cannot pronounce drug names, but neither can many RNs. Her voicemail DOES inform patients about the time needed for refills, // Don't confuse a serious demeaner with being rude. She is funny and caring in the exam room, and quite quite serious over the phone. // Is she defensive? I don't know--I never put her in such a position.

I love this Doctor.She is kind, caring and very through and professional, and I have been seeing her about 3 years now.I don't understand the negative reviews on her, because she has NEVER been those things to me. The thing is she cares, she doesnt just herd you in and out of the office.She takes the time to consult with you about your situation and find ways to solve problem about your condition.Dr. Lops is TOPS with me !
