Dr. Kathleen Jane Ober, MD

I would never in my life recommend this person as a healthcare professional, at least not to anyone with darker skin than hers. Her or her ‘good friend’ Dr. Rosado, who was my attending obgyn & set me up with her. Im not sure if skin tone correlates with her VERY callous treatment during & after my c-section but its is my strong opinion that she should not be allowed to practice medicine. I still have nightmares about her literally punching my organs back in place (my sister as a witness), leaving my abdomen severely bruised for 2 weeks & her coming in my hospital room the next day to rip the steri-strip off my fresh incision (that she made unnecessarily long) like a waxing, causing it to reopen a bit & her refusing to correct it. A year later after my surgery & my incision still feels like it’ll come apart if i cough too hard every so often. I never do reviews but im sitting here at 2 am woken up from having yet another intense dream about this day.

She helped me through a very tough time while miss carrying my baby. If it were not for her I would have drove myself crazy! And here I am pregnant again and she has not hesitated to take extra measures in monitoring this pregnancy. She is just plain fantastic. Her mid wife Suzanne is wonderful as well :)
