This doctor and this office has no respect for anybody ‘s time... they make u wait endlessly, donot update the patient portal and are extremely unprofessional

Dr. seems very unorganized and not very caring. Waited way to long for appt due to poor scheduling. Also always waited way too long for test results. Results do not take weeks, I am sure half the time they were just sittin on her desk chiling. She and her staff are not very customer savvy also.

I have had treatments for hyper pigmentation by Dr Ellege.I have dark skin and Dr Elege treats it with a Pico sure laser which works without any side effects on dark skin patients. Dr Ellege is a very personable doctor and her rates are very reasonable.

I have been going to see Dr. Elledge for over 10 years now. She delivered my twins, and took amazing care of me during my pregnancy (which was a tough one). I highly recommend her, she is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. I'm thankful to have her as my doctor - she truly is great!

Dr. Elledge is a wonderful OB-GYN. She is very receptive to individual birthing choices and always has GREAT bedside manner. She is the doctor I would want to be in charge should any emergency arise during birth.I have enjoyed a long term relationship with her as my doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I LOVE DR. ELLEDGE!!! She has delivered both my children. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is a very busy doctor and I do have to wait she is worth it. I wouldn't have any other doc deliver my babies.

My first visit with this dr was GREAT the staff was very nice they greet you with a smile. When they called my name to come back to see the Dr the nurse was so sweet she made me feel as i I known her for ever, she took my weight put me in a room and let me tell you i have been to other Dr office and her rooms are clean and smell good. The nurse took my blood presure and notified me of the numbers mind you I didnt know what she was talking about so she explained it to me. When it was time for me to see the Dr it did take her some time but it was worth the wait as soon as Dr Elledge enterd the room she entered with a smile and said Hi she then sat with me and asked loots of questions abot my family history it seem like she was wanting to know every thing about me because she was try to find out the best way to help me with my problem, she did spend alot of her time with me and that made me feel like she was listeing to me not trying to rush me out. She was also sharing a little bit of her life with me and that made me feel like very welcomed.Well ladies I just wanted to say I highly recomend her and her office.

Dr. Elledge is a wonderful doctor. She's very kind and caring and always listens to any problems you have. I've never had any trouble with her or her staff, they're all great. I moved to California when I was 6 months pregnant and needed to find a doctor fast and she was recommended to me and I was so happy when I met her. She's just the best and is totally worth the wait.

OSHA seriously needs to come to her office! I've been a patient for 1 year and have come to see her 3 times. Aside from waiting for almost 2 hrs to be seen, I called several times trying to get her to call in a prescription, then an appointment! Her follow up is horrible, she is always running late and has dirty cups and urine everywhere. Her staff looks unprofessional, they have tatoos and really long dirty nails. All 3 times I have visited it's been the same scenerio. I will never go back or recomend her to anyone!

I dunno how other people rate Dr. Elledge, but she is wonderful!! She is going through re-staffing, so you will be more than happy with her practice. The wait is not so bad. I have been with her over 5 years and things happen. You can call to see if she is running behind schedule. She is also like a directory for me and sends me to the right places like another doctor, counselor, etc. Dr. Elledge has delivered two of my babies and she always came back once or twice to check up on the baby and me. You cant go wrong with her.

I waited 1:45 beyond my appointment time to see the doctor. She's a good doctor but she gets very far behind in the afternoon. Not sure why, whether it is double-booking or caring for patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Elledge's for a couple of years now. I originally was referred to her by my primary care doctor (who just RAVED about how wonderful and caring she is). After my first appointment with her I was in 100% agreement. She is AMAZINGLY caring and really takes her time with her patients, she listens, she asks the right questions, and she's so easy to talk with. I can actually ask her those embarrassing questions that I've been to shy to ask other doctors, and she doesn't even flinch. I went in one day really emotional (like started crying in the middle of my exam) because my fiance and I had called it off. She put everything aside, sat me up and just said "oh sweetie, I'm sorry...let's talk about it." Seriously. I can't imagine going to another gyno now. I can't count how many times I've had discussions with friends about doctors where we've both said how much we adore our gyno, and then it turns out we both see Dr. Elledge!!! To address the comments about wait time in the office, I guess the first time I saw her I had a rather lengthy wait, but since her office staff has turned over in the past year, I haven't waited more than 5-10 minutes to see her any time. Usually when I arrive I don't even have to take a chair in the waiting room. Then in the room she's usually there in about 5-10 minutes. And usually if I call and need to get in for any kind of problem, I can get in within a day or 2, or they can give me an answer or guidance on the phone. Honestly, I look forward to my visits with her because she's so kind and friendly and caring. I'd recommend her to anyone, and I do! :)

The wait time with this doctor is terrible! I second all of Bethany's comments. She snapped at me for no reason once, she also failed pursue any futher testing after I explained an extensive blood clotting history in my family. 6 weeks ater my birth I nearly died of a massive pulmonary embolism. I would have to take vacation time from work for my appointments, and numerous time I would arrive for my appointment only to be told after I got there that they needed to reschedule. Don't they have fingers to dial a phone? Come on! It's crazy. I have waited 2 hours in a freezing room wearing a paper dress more times than I can count, only to hear her laughing and chatting through the wall with the patien next door. Her office staff is extremely rude as well and it's very difficult to get an appointment.

Every time I went in to see Dr. Elledge she not only spent enough time with me to answer all of my questions and tend to my concerns, but she is clearly more knowledgable than any other OBGYN I have ever met. She is intelligent, kind, and clearly genuinely cares what happens to her patients. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Elledge delivered my second son at LCM and was wonderful. She stepped in when my OB pretty much left me high and dry, and took control helping turn a very chaotic, scary and painful experience into something much more positive. She was my OB for my third son and was excellent. She answered all of our concerns and questions. She allowed my husband and myself to have a say in my medical care and how the delivery of our child was going to go. She listened to our concerns and provided us with medical knowledge. She showed us kindness and respect which was lacking in our other OB. I have always had to wait to see an OB, Dr. Elledge or otherwise... that's because they deliver babies.

I have never been happier with a doctor. Dr. Elledge is personable, courteous, friendly, understanding and empathetic. She takes time with me, never rushes me, and genuinely listens to all of my concerns. I was an older mother but she never made me feel uncomfortable with my decisions and always made me feel like we were going through the journey together. She answered every question and treated every crisis I had like I was her only patient (and I knew i wasn't!) On those occasions when my appt. was delayed I knew it was only because she was giving her valuable expertise to another lucky mother-to-be and considered myself fortunate that soon it would be me. Even after my OB experience, I continue to go to her for my GYN needs and she is always there for me, patiently guiding me through the most delicate things with the most understanding nature and bedside manner. I have recommended her to many friends and i am lucky to now count her as one of my dearest friends as well, a friendship that grew from our doctor-patient relationship. I can't recommend Dr. Kay Elledge highly enough.

Dr. Elledge lacks professionalism and prefers babies come on her schedule instead of her own. My husband has said all along, she is the doctor, let's just do what she says. Unfortunately this meant being induced several times and eventually having to have a c-section because she had broken my water. She is forever disagreeing with the nurses at LCM hospital and it feels like they are advocating for you and she is just trying to get the baby out before 5pm. Also, due to some complications, she sent me to a specialist, but when she didn't like that he was making decisions about when my baby was going to arrive, she told me i could disregard his advice and stop taking the medicines he prescribed me. If felt like she was only saying this because she felt like he had gone over her head... but he was the specialist and i chose to follow his instructions. Overall she is a very nice woman, but I feel like she forces patients into inductions and if that doesn't work, she just prefer cut the baby out so she can be home for dinner.

Didn't trust or have good feeling about this doc from the beginning, but didn't know who to change to. Always late to appt. Staff not very knowledgeable or courteous. She always seemed rushed and scatterbrained. Actually did not even exchange one word with her in the hospital. She came in for the delivery (about 10mins before I had the baby) and left immediately after even though I had many questions, etc. She only communicated through the nurses. Didn't see her for discharge either. Also, diagnosed me with a condition and almost started me on dangerous meds. I asked for another recommendation from on call doc and thankfully was deemed fine and not in need of meds at all. Felt I was in a constant battle to understand what she was trying to put me on and yet had no direct communication with her in the hospital. I strongly do not recommend this doctor.

I have been to three OB Gyns this year and Dr. Elledge was by far the best! Yes, the wait was long, but that means Dr. Elledge is spending time with her patients not shoving them through in order to be on time. I would rather wait for a doctor to spend time with me than be shoved through, with no real help, as the case has been with the other OB Gyn. Plus, you know she's late so you can just show up late. Anyway, Dr. Elledge listened to me and gave me an exact plan for course of medical action, which is really nice for a change instead of "well maybe this will work, or this expensive procedure, or this...you pick because I don't really make decisions!" like I get from most doctors. Anyway, she's nice and doesn't treat you like an idiot nor does she talk over your head. That's a nice change I think.
