Was an outstanding visit with the Doctor. He explained everything and we discussed further options. He listened and was concerned. I recommend Dr. Baumgarten for anyone that has shoulder issues.

The doctor was very professional. He answered my questions. I was very pleased with the outcome of my total shoulder replacement. He did a fabulous job.

Very quick. Did not wait long for appt. Dr. Baumgartner was very nice and concerned about what was wrong .likes to joke with you and makes you feel comfortable.

Appointment went well was greeted at the desk filled out some paperwork taken back for x-rays and then to the office. The doctor came in explained everything thoroughly opted for the shot and physical therapy. Total time was about 35 minutes very efficient. Would recommend OI. and Dr. Keith Baumgarten

He knows what he is doing... he suggested a shot and told me he was going to do it and I was ready for it and then he told me he was done, and I couldn't even tell. Afterwards, the absurd amout of pain that I was in started to quickly subside. It took forever to see him because the wait was worth it.

I was pleased with both the doctor and the stuff everybody really made you feel at ease and they really looked at everything and they come up with a plan to see if they can get you feeling better and I do appreciate that very much. They also keep in consideration costs, and I appreciate that too so all the staff was excellent and I would highly recommend OI to anybody. .

Great experience- he clearly discussed options, answered questions I had about both options, and was able to help guide me towards a decision to do surgery for my shoulder. He said that regardless of my decision, his goal was to get my shoulder “back to perfect” .
