Do not see this doctor. He is incompetent and his staff was terrible.

My husband has horrible neck pain and migraines and was referred to Dr Booth. At first he was hesitant about scheduling but I talked him into it. He is so glad I made him go. From Dr Booths bedside manner, to staff, to office everything has been amazing!! He is feeling better than he has in years.

I have had pain for several years and am glad to have found a clinic listens to me and cares. Thank you for the what you do!

He is an arrogant and rude person. His staff is equally incompetent. Do not see this guy. My new dr. told me that dr booth is an anesthesiologist and that’s why his injections didn’t help my pain. Would have been nice to know before i spent thousands getting shots that didn’t help.

I have been seeing Dr. Booth for a couple of months now. He has been nothing but amazing. He really takes the time to listen to you and get the root of the problem. I love the fact that I see him every time too. The office and staff have been fabulous as well! I have been extremely pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Dr. Booth to anyone needing pain management. - Natasha W

This place is the WORST place to go for Pain Management. The staff is horrible. At first they seem like they care and are concerned but after a while they start acting like you don't have a chronic illness and your only looking for pain medications (in which no pain meds work for my mom) but they have no problem taking your insurance and co-pays. My mom has went through numerous injections with Dr. Booth trying to get some relief of her pain. Every time she did injections after about a month (because they are suppose to last for 3 months or so) they did not work. The reason for this review is to let people know that Dr. Booth does seem like he is knowledgeable and wants to help get down to the bottom of what is causing your pain, but his STAFF is the worst which is making his credibility go way down. It is hard to speak with him outside of appointments especially when your medications aren't working and your needing to speak to him to see what else you may can do to get your pain levels down. When you actually tell him during a scheduled appointment, he acts like he has never gotten a message and assures you that it will never happen again, but it does. The lady that sits in the front is so incompetent that she can not even take a proper message to give to the Dr. We have been there numerous times trying to figure out why Dr. Booth has not responded to my phone calls or my mom's and every time we come in (without appointment) the lady in the front acts like she doesn't even remember us, which is weird because we literally will go there and call every other day just to make sure she gave him the notes from our previous calls. Other Dr. offices provide portals for patient/Dr. involvement outside of appointments if you are needing to communicate. Out of all his staff there is only one nurse that is extremely nice but can't rely on her to give him messages either. So if you are wanting a Dr. that you can communicate with outside of just appointments, then this is not the place for you especially if you have a severe chronic illness. I know someone who got a certified letter in the mail from Dr. Booth's office that alerted that patient they are no longer welcome and has been dropped from the program because they just wanted to speak with the Dr. That is unacceptable! So again, if you want to have a good relationship with a Dr.& staff, then this is not the place for you.

Originally Dr Booth seemed like a caring and smart doctor. I have had 2 procedures with him, those went fine. But the only way to get ahold of him, is to sit across from him in clinic. I’ve experienced two mix ups on their end that lead to unnecessary and awful behavior from his staff. One time they accused me of trying to fill my medications early. The nurse told me to come in to have my pills counted. I’d never done that in the 10 years I’ve endured chronic pain. Once i get there, i find out the person who took my call assumed i was trying to fill early WITHOUT checking my chart. Dr. Booth apologized and said it would not happen again. A few months later i realized they had forgotten to make me an appointment for a med refill. I called for a week with no call back whatsoever. Went to his office to ask to speak directly to him or a nurse and the receptionist forgets i was there, and leaves for the day. Another receptionist went to the back for me to find a nurse. They apologize and say to call Monday for a new appointment. Call Monday, no one calls me back AGAIN. It takes me 4 days to have anyone call back to get me scheduled. Once i finally go, Dr Booth has no idea about any of it. He apologized again and again and said he will call me himself the next day with a number to call to bypass the front desk, so i won’t get the run around again. He never calls, instead I receive a certified letter saying he’s dropping me as a patient. I’ve seen a lot of doctors, met some really awful and rude ones, but I’ve never met a doctor that was nice and good to my face and then have such an incompetent and rude staff. I still don’t know if it’s the way he runs things, or if he just has an awful staff and system for running things. Either way, it’s unacceptable. Save yourself some time, stress and added pain, don’t see him. I’m actually really sad to lose him. He really seemed like he cared and was smart in the beginning.
