She was rude had no bedside manner or personality

This doctor should be avoided. She lacks the ability to perform any diagnosis unless performed by some other doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sullivan for many years, and she is caring, patient, knowledgeable, and professional.

I had an appointment with dr.kelley sullivan today and I waited to see her for over 1 hour, and she spent 3 1/2 minutes with me, and I have a very serious medical condition. She treated me like a number. I honestly had to tell her what test I wanted and to perform on me. Otherwise if I didn't she wasn't going to suggest any test and she was going to do what she normally does, walk out the room and refill my prescription for one year like she did in the past. I guess that's her way for never having to set up a return visit not to see me. Is this even possible for a cardiologist to give your a heart medication with a year refill and no follow up appointment? I honestly felt humiliated as a patient and as a human being . I will never go back to that office again. Even her medical assistant Matrice had no compassion or bedside manners.This has happened to me before with dr. Kelley but I just ignored it. But today I have to speak. If your not in it for the patient well being then your in it for the profit. I will try to make my voice heard on this matter, because it's my life and she have proven to me on more than one occasion my life doesn't matter to her in the least! I will file a complaint against the way I'm always treated there.
