Dr. Kelly Ann Kay, DO

Arrogant and dismissive but tries to pass it off as blunt. Few appointments and all she did so far is tell me how my PCP is wrong, but discovered she was wrong. I don’t trust her. Stay away.

Did not acknowledge or answer any of my questions. Very rude doctor and seemed to not care about her patients.

I consider myself to be very fortunate to have Dr. Kay, She knows what she's doing, she is very skilled and most important she cares about her patients. In other words she's great!

She is great, professional informed and cares about her patients.

We had Dr. Kay for a second opinion. The first Dr. spent little/no time with my wife. and cancelled 2 appointments. Called Dr. Kay , saw my wife right away and spent almost 30 minutes with my wife. When she was finished she asked "anything else" --she was willing to spend more time. Great Dr. who cares and is "up front" with her patients.

Dr. Kay and her partner are amazing. So kind and thoughtful, not to mention the best in her field. She is patient and kind. She explains things and treatment options and I am thankful to know her.

Poor at answering questions and addressing concerns. Answers vague and unhelpful. Very little concern for patient's condition. Office staff poor at handling phone calls. Will never go back.

Terrible bedside manner. Doesn't communicate well. Not sure if she is good on diagnosis yet.

This Dr. was poor at communicating. Seemed like a robot, did not explain test proceudre well, did not welcome questions, negative bedside manners.

THE WORST, PICK ANOTHER DR IF ABLE, WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH HER AT ALL. WENT TO HER B/C OF PROBLEMS WITH WALKING AND SHE HAD ME IN THE HALL WALKING AND ALMOST LEFT ME FALL FLAT ON MY FACE!!!!!!!!! MY FRIEND CAME RUNING OUT TO CATCH ME. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU!!!!! YAH , OK.WRONG.

Great doctor. Cares for her patients. Works with patients for a treatment regimen.

She insisted that my problem was on the right side of my brain when I KNEW it was on the left. When I told her this, she insisted that it was on the right side!! I feel that she should have rechecked...I DID recheck and it was on the right side of the LEFT Brain!!!

DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DYNOSIS , TREAT OR EVEN CARE TO HELP A PERSON WHO Has many known neurology dynosis and is trying to get help and one concrete neurology dynosis with the prpper treatment and not to be pushed around and abandoned and pushed from one drug to another with her guessing games. a good doctor shows care and works with the patient until they get it right and the proper dynosis all and most doctors in which I see are out to get rid of there patient without help to try and cure and failer to dynosis and take there insurance money and are prescrition happy also.

Dr. Kay showed no compassion or kindness during our meeting. She coldly interacted when ahe diagnosed my husband. When I called her for information later, she did not return my phone call. When my son called with an emergency, she did not return that phone call. I told the practice that we would absolutely not see this doctor again and I cannot recommend her for anyone else.
