Dr Bunch was amazing and so was the staff. They were all welcoming and didn’t make me feel rushed during my appointment. Dr Bunch was understanding of my pain and anxieties of getting an injection and walked me through the whole process. Genuinely seemed like he cared about what was going on.

Dr. Bunch is simply amazing, trustable and go to person with lots of knowledge in understanding the problem and patient enough to listen to the problem. Except the fact that management/ staff wouldn’t keep track of their own communication issues, anyone expects little honesty from the staff on scheduling the appointments or seeing the doctor. 1 star less for that.

Absolutely worst doctor experience of my life. He may be a good doctor but I would never know. Dr Bunch took me on as a new patient, send me for tests, and then sent his staff to schedule injections with no further discussion. Next appt 3 weeks out... had to reschedule, now another 6 weeks out... just to review test results. Staff failed to refill my prescription in time... took 3 calls to get them to refill. Thoroughly frustrated with the process, lack of follow-up, and customer service.

Dr. Bunch and his team are kind and truly want to help. I am a newer patient with them but love the staff and the ability to refer a specialist within their group to help me with my health and plans for treatment.

Dr. Bunch is an excellent doctor. I feel like he understands me when I talk about an issue I'm having. I wouldn't think of seeing anyone else.

Difficulty at the front desk. They said that since my health plan had a high deductible they were charging me $125 and I would pay any balances above that. I told them I had met my deductible for the year and asked if I paid that amount would they refund it to me when they find I have met it. They said no, that’s the cost of having a high deductible. I told them I wasn’t paying that. I asked them to call my insurance and they did. They explained to my insurance company and my insurance told them I didn’t owe a deductible. So they “waived” the fee. When I left I owed less than $30. I almost walked out. I’m glad I didn’t because once back with Dr. Bunch things turned professional quickly. I had been to many different doctors and was told many things and was frustrated. Dr. Bunch took a lot of time to explain everything. He really listened to me and set a quick course of treatment with minimal cost of time and money. I’m happy!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kenneth Bunch for several years. He is the best doctor for me and I would recommend he and do recommend him to other. His assistant Angel is most patient and understanding. I am always confident that I will be helped when I have a problem. In my eyes they are the best.

Dr Bunch has a warm bedside manner, spent time explaining causes of neck pain, recommended an MRI then some therapy. Would highly recommend him.
