Dr. Kenneth Jermaine Stanley, MD

Dr. Stanley is helpful and heartful! Provided quality care and referrals and always willing to work with your schedule. Like all doctors, advanced appointments are expected but he and his staff were very accommodating with both me and my spouse.

Dr. Stanley is an excellent physician. He is very thorough and attentive; he was the first to correctly diagnose a condition that had bothered me for years. I'm not really sure if he's practicing still, however. I tried making an appointment with his office, but was informed that he left the practice, and there was no forwarding information which is truly disappointing because he's one of the best PCP's I've dealt with.

Dr. Stanley is a great doctor, that truly care's for his patient's. After being his patient, it would be hard to ever find another doctor, you could ever be really happy, to go see. A visit to Dr. Stanley, is like visiting, your best friend.

I am looking for his new office. I have been healthy and seeing him for years.

A very caring and excellent doctor who listen to what you have to say, and does not rush you. I love Doctor Stanley and would not like to go to any other doctor.

After over a decade of good service Dr. Stanley completely turned his back on us and in a time of medical need. He would not return phone calls or even a hand delivered letter to him. He just left us in the dark and would not even give us the curtesy of telling us why.

I would NOT have another doctor. Dr. Stanley is into health promotion, and is very quick to listen to patients, that is the only way you can make a proper diagnosis and treatment Plan. As an RN for 27 years.......I know quality!!!! This doctor IS brilliant.

takes forever to get them on the phone

Dr. Stanley is great and doctor. However, his staff needs seriously help with communication skills. Every time I've spoken with someone(different individual each time) they've been very rude. I'm rushed off the phone and always given what I like to call an "oh well" attitude. Such a shame because I love him as my doctor but will be changing my provider due to the lack of personable correspondence with his staff. Disappointed & very saddened by this.

This is the only Dr.'s off where I don't have to wait for an hour to be seen. They alway see me promptly. I love that. Also, Dr. Stanley is very thorough to assure he give the correct diagnosis. I hate going to the Dr. but Dr. Stanley and his staff make it not so bad.

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Stanley on first visit. However, I have been very disappointed with his follow-up after a visit.I was told his office is very short of staff, and I can understand a delay in returning a call but not returning them at all is unacceptable. I recently went in with sever back and neck pain. I was given an injection for pain and an RX for a muscle relaxant, and 1 for pain. Neither were covered by my insurance, and the Pharmacist called but he never returned the call. I chose to pay for one of the RX until the pharmacist could speak with the Dr.I was told if the pain was not better in 2 days to call him which I did, but never received a return call. I even went into the office to seek help, but again was told he would call me because I did not have an appointment. At this point I only wanted to request a referral. I am still in pain and still waiting for him to call.

I strongly recommend Dr. Stanley. He is professional, kind, caring, treats the patient not the dis-ease.

Can't recommend Dr. Stanley enough. Gives as much time as YOU need, answers all your questions, has a GREAT sense of humor, knowledgeable, doesn't refer you to specialist unless necessary, and, best of all, doesn't prescribe meds unless absolutely necessary. My kind of Dr. I glad I found him.

Go to this doctor - he cares and will explain, if desired, in detail what is going on. Easy to make an appointment, my oonly concern is that if he gets TOO popular he won't be able to spend the time with the patients anymore!
