Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

Appointment right on time. Staff very friendly. Dr. Scott checked my hearing aid lens placement very carefully; I had no discomfort. Very knowledgeable doctor!

We felt acutely the same dissatisfaction with Dr. Scott as many of the responders before me. We left the office feeling scolded, unheard and very discouraged. I do not recommend this doctor.

Comes in very confident and knowledgeable and explained what the plan for surgery would be and what to expect. Very happy with the surgical procedure performed and pray it continues to heal.

Wait time not at long. Addressed the issue at hand promptly. Planned a course of action for me till my next progress check.

He was very dismissive and interrupted my daughter and I every time we tried to talk. We felt he didn’t listen at all when we tried to explain the problems she’s been dealing with for the last couple years, just interrupted and said what he thought. It was the most frustrating appointment I’ve ever been to. I have never written a review for anyone or complained about a visit, but we left there completely disheartened. It was supposed to be a follow-up appointment, and he never once addressed the medication he started her on or asked how that was going. We left feeling extremely disappointed and misunderstood.

I found him to be very dismissive and condescending. It was apparent that he had not read the in depth notes that my referring doctor had forwarded to him. When contacting him numerous days after my appointment with concerns i was told he would do nothing and that i did not know what i was feeling. I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend him

I visit twice a year. I never have to wait for my appointment, always on schedule. Visits ate thorough and fast. Dr Scott and staff are always friendly.

DR. Scott is a very good ear doctor. The explains everything in detail and will answer your questions thoroughly. Most appointment he has time for you and will make sure your questions are answered. His nurses are very good and helpful. The new checking in online could be a pain but I did it at home before my appointment so it went good and fast when I checked in everything. If you need anything with the ears Scott is the one I recommend. Kelly DeVries

Staff was great dr. Scott didn’t seem to care much about what was going on or want to put much effort into finding solution

Staff was great. Audiologist was great. They got me in quickly for an acute issue that needed to be addressed. The doctor didn’t seem interested in the background of the situation or care much about my questions or the pain I’d been in. Maybe they squeezed me in and he didn’t have the time but I’m not impressed and left almost angry.

Friendly front desk staff, and testing staff. Each person introduced themselves and made sure I was comfortable during the testing. Waited only about 5 minutes after testing to see Dr. Scott. He quickly reviewed my previous and current testing and explained the results after examining my ears. Support staff pleasant and efficient.

Very easy to talk to. Explained everything well. Felt my child was in good hands.

Staff was a bit slow and I had to wait about a month for my appoint. but they were friendly. Dr. Scott was friendly and could have treated my symptoms but he noticed that the root cause of my ear pain was not my ears and was honest about seeing a different kind of provider to find the root cause of my pain.

Dr. Scott is very nice and knowledgeable. His nurses/staff are not overly helpful or friendly however. Overall, I would still recommend Dr. Scott.
