Dr. Kairav Kent Chevli, MD

Dr Chevli is an excellent doctor and does answer questions. He is also a great surgeon. He tells it like it is and explained what we had to do with what my condition was. The staff at both offices were also excellent and did a great job of explaining what was going on and were very organized. I would go no place else as Dr Chevli has an outstanding resume and I am glad to e his patient.

He talks down to you constantly and never has enough time to actually speak with u about concerns. 3 out of 4 doctors confirmed I had a uti and he said I didn’t. Not sure what his deal is but I will not be back to see him.

I have been a patient for years. Dr. Chevli is a great doctor. He removed my kidney, every visit has been good. The staff is always good. Other reviews...really? Having Fox News in the waiting room or not is a reason for writing a review? There are cookies, coffee and tea in the waiting room, there are many doctors and many patients. They do a great job and I have never had to wait long. Dr. Chevli has been great.

Office is too large. Staff is not friendly. Dr. Chevli did not explain anything about my condition or the tests he ordered. Felt like a cattle in a stockyard, just moved along to the next step and out the door. Got in car to go home and realized not one of my questions had been answered and I wasn’t clear on meds prescribed.

Doctor Said to my daughter it's all your fault when I was showing signs of urinary infection. Doctor acted like we were the ones who prescribed too many antibiotic not all the urologists my dad has seen . like we were looking for something wrong. My dad couldn't stand up. The doctors who overprescribed couldn't be at fault. Never lol

Too quick doesn’t care. Yelled at a nurse. Spent more time talking down to me telling me that I should have come in sooner than actually helping me. Sent me off with out actually telling me anything. Horrible will never see again.

Unlike a previous review I will continue to see Dr. Chevli because he has FOX news in his waiting room. Clearly the person who left the 'ursatz' comment about FOX news is not a business owner saddled with the Liberal Taxes, fees and costs of doing business in a liberal Gulag like New York State; under the thumb of NYC taskmasters. Dr. Chevli is a very good Doctor.

great Dr. with good bedside manner which is hard to find in one person.

On many occasions I called for the nurse advice (thinking she’d ask the doctor) but all I got was an empty promise that she’s discuss with him and would call me back. Jessica (receptionist?) should ask so many questions because she doesnt understand anything being told or asked and can’t jyst take a message. Very rude humming in my ear while I was explaining something...bad office staff. Very unorganized and they don’t call back.

Love this Dr. Very attentive and thorough. Dr has great bedside manners but the waiting room needs change FOX NEWS every time I go there, with this political climate the last thing we need is fake news being thrown at us involuntarily. Sorry but something neutral is best in these hard days.

Dr. Chevli listened very carefully to my description of symptoms and physical history. Even when I could see he wanted to ask a follow up question, he did not interrupt me but let me finish my sentence or point before asking. I was extremely impressed. The office is so well-designed and procedures so well organized and implemented. Every person I encountered was capable, friendly, polite, and genuinely nice. Truly an impressive practice, and I would recommend Dr. Chevli to anyone needing a urologist.

I've been going to Dr. Chevli for 18 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences with him. He's knowledgeable, gives patients the time they deserve, and is honest. He is polite, professional and compassionate. Everyone I've ever recommended has always had good experiences.

As a female, I was mortified to read what Dr. Chevli had put in my medical records. I had extreme blood in my urine, had he requested the ER report, he would have known that. Instead he clearly disregarded my pain, neglected to contact the ER and "chalked it up to menstrual blood," despite being past menopause and not having a menstrual cycle in years. Not to mention, I was going through a stressful time in life with can also cause the signs and symptoms of what I went through. He is clearly not to bright and if your life depends on it, I would highly recommend not going to see him. Obviously, he thought he had all the answers and refused to listen to his patient. SAD..

Dr. Chevli is a testy doctor - not meaning he gives a lot of tests - but that he is easily irritated, snippy and edgy. He may have technical skill proficiency, but he has no patience and his office - WNY Urology Group - is a factory. Chevli says, "You have this disorder, stand in this line" and then he is off to the next. There is little time for Q&A. This office tries as much as they can to pawn you off to a medical school recent grad or student and access to the doctor is limited. Out of the box questions are not tolerated and if you don't exactly fit the formula there is trouble. And, worst of all, you feel like cattle as you move through the office, and the new nurse has no idea what was promised by the last nurse, and you sit in a series of waiting rooms on chairs waiting for, what is essentially, your number to come up. All very impersonal and not a lot of explanations. I had to diagnose and treat myself and demand the treatments I needed over his ambivilance and objections.

Dr. Chevli runs into many patients socially and I can say that he has the most discretion ever. Some people bring up medical topics at parties (tacky) and he finds a way to steer the conversation away. Talented doctor, yes. Classy gentleman - Absolutely.
