Dr. Herdt is an excellent doctor... My son is very comfortable with her.

Dr. Herdt has treated each of my three kids from birth, the oldest of which is now 15. She is always very thorough, has an excellent bedside manner and interacts with the kids very well. As soon as it is age appropriate, she talks more to the kids about how they feel and what to expect moving forward than she does to parents, but doesnâ??t disregard parental input. Dr. Herdt uses very plain English to answer questions and explain conditions. She does tend to run behind in her schedule, but that is only because she is giving each patient the care and attention they need rather than rushing through her day. Personally, I would rather be kept waiting a bit and KNOW that my child will get the care they need and deserve than to be in and out of the office with questions left unanswered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Herdt does tend to be late for appointments. However, she is extremely thorough and spends a great deal of time and care with my children. One of my children has a rare genetic disorder and was diagnosed as a newborn. Dr. Herdt was extremely professional, made personal phone calls to me and my husband, and to the specialists at Riley. She went above and beyond and has always done so. I highly recommend her.

After several visits with her, it was apparant that she was unprofessional. There was alot of holes in her diagnosis as well as she ignored what my children were telling her. With a bunch of um's and ah's mixed into her speech I find that she is not a good doctor at all.

She is very personable! Take time to explain everything thoroughly! Listens to my questions and concerns. I love Dr. Herdt!! :)

Dr. Herdt is an excellent physician. Our family has had some weird illnesses over the years and she has always gone the extra mile to figure out the issue and appropriately remedy it. She listens and responds to each child's needs.
