Dr. Charron and his NP Matt are always the best. They’re about the only ones that I will see. They explain everything to you if you don’t understand. I would recommend anybody to go see them at OrthoWest.

He is caring and compassionate. Has a way of giving knee injections with very little pain.

Had a great appointment today. He was very friendly and up and took great care checking my x rays and my laceration. He is truly a wonderful doctor to have his expertise on your case. ??????

Dr Charron is very calm and welcoming. It helps when you are hurting and you are not sure what you did not what happened. He makes sure you understand what is going on and your treatment plan. Excellent care. Mr Mike was funny and helpful when getting instructions before my shot and what I needed to do after care.

The front office staff, the medical personnel, and Dr. Charron are all amazing. Everyone is friendly. On a rare occasion, you might experience a long wait time, but more often than not, someone will bring you to a room within 20 minutes.. Dr Charron is a superb orthopedist. I highly recommend him especially if you have shoulder issues.

Absolutely overbooks patients. If you like waiting over an hour past your appointment and your time is worth nothing, this is the place to go. 5 people came in about the same time I did, all seeing the same doctor. No time spent with each patient.

Usually I just go in for a steroid shot every 3-4 months. I am in and out very quickly. Paying online prior to my visit means I don’t really need to arrive early. I just give my name at the desk.

Dr Charron is a great doctor. He replaced my shoulder and I've never had any pain or discomfort!

Wow, I love this community of doctors. I have had three surgeries and I am coming up on my 4th with no qualms at all. I have never dealt with doctors that make me feel so secure. And Pa's are the best!
