(First ever negative review) Hopefully, this will enlighten the staff to make some changes. I waited close to an hour before seeing Dr. Costello. When he walked into the room, he asked how he could help me. He hadn’t familiarized himself with my health record or reason for the visit. After less than 10 minutes of reviewing my record, he said he didn’t feel there was anything he could do other than offer an injection. He had no clue what was causing my pain/issues. Just getting a shot or pill without researching the cause seems like the easy way out. I felt like I wasted my afternoon and filled the pockets of the doctor without getting any diagnosis. I wouldn’t recommend this facility or doctor. Very disappointing.

Dr. Costello , is an exceptional Dr. that has great communications skills. He is dedicated to his patients and takes time to learn your history. He does not give up on finding alternatives to help you. He is compassionate, professional and the best specialist I have ever known. If I had his new location of work in Charlotte I would take the 7 hour ride without question. I recommend him highly,
